Sylvester Stallone has officially set the price for his Beverly Park mansion at $110 million. Only a couple of homes offered at more than $100 million in Southern California. At $110 million, it’s tied with Steve Wynn’s Beverly Hills mansion as the fourth-priciest listing in L.A. County.

Adele, The 33-year-old singer, is reportedly in escrow on Sylvester Stallone's mansion, which he originally listed the home for $110 million last year. She's getting it for just $58 million.
The high-profile listing is exclusively held by Rick Hilton, Jeff Hyland and the husband-and-wife team Barron N. Hilton and Tessa Hilton of Hilton & Hyland.
It spans 3.5 acres in North Beverly Park, one of L.A. County’s most exclusive enclaves with star-studded residents including Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson, Justin Bieber and the late Sumner Redstone, whose house neighbors Stallone’s.
21,000 square feet | eight bedrooms | 12 bathrooms
movie theater, gym and cigar room with an air-filtration system. A life-size Rocky Balboa statue centered in the memorabilia room. The eight-car garage includes an art studio. The Backyard is massive with a big patio and an infinity pool and spa, which boasts a second Rocky statue at the edge. Balconies and terraces overlook the scenic space from above.
Stallone updated the home every few years during his ownership.
At the end of a cul-de-sac, up a long private driveway, rests a Contemporary Mediterranean on a sprawling 3.5 acres in the exclusive enclave of North Beverly Park.
The exquisite 2-story entry steps down to the formal living room with views to Rodeo Drive and beyond. Lovely house, flooded with light and a cooler tone compared to the last house. My guess is that the artwork came with the deal, it seems to be worth a mint. As for the images, etc, of Mr Stallone, it rather looks like he is putting his stamp on the place. Kitchen wow! Dining chairs, yes please!

The number is taking in consideration all the $$$$$$ in movie memorabilia he has.
He's a lovely guy and an amazing man in many ways, the house is fantastic but I'm not sure about having so much memorabilia around the place...it looks a bit egotistical. But one man's ego is another man's self belief I guess and that's what got him to where he is.
Initially I was thinking the same. But maybe he received many of the objects as a gift, as opposed to commissioning them himself.

if I had all that money to buy that house, I would take it. sly has always been my myth. I would buy it but I would like it intact with all the accessories, as you can see in the video, clearly all the furnishings, all the photos, but I don't think he would leave them to me.
