    Love this - something for everyone. Couldn’t do the seal puppy (my arms are not long enough). I did most of the intermediate moves though. As always your instructions are always so very clear (no waffle). Thank you xx

    That was a great session, I love your comment about the 🦭 puppy roll getting “a bit of a giggle” - indeed!😅I remember first time I tried this, flopping red-faced all over the floor! I did all of the first-level variations back then, but I’ve stuck with your helpful, effective sessions since then and now can do the advanced movements (not the most advanced Pilates moves, of course, but the advanced moves you show us here!) thanks so much for incorporating these older sessions in our playlist, I learned so much from you, and it’s good to refresh my memory about form and technique. You’re the best!😊❤

    Another great class Rachel ❣️ If I could use a “stretchy band” would that still work almost as well with the last exercises keeping the legs straight? I don’t have the flexibility without some assistance⁉️

    Love your videos - they've been so helpful all through these long lockdown months. I'm having trouble hearing you since you moved to the new studio - your voice seems like it's underwater and does come through as loudly and clearly as it did before. Is there anything you can do to improve the sound quality?

      Helo Janice, lovely to hear from you. So glad you've been enjoying the vidoes during these lockdown months. Sorry to hear you;re having trouble hearing me, let me look into that and see if I can improve it at all. In the meantime I've increased the volume to listen and it seems passable though I agree it needs improving. I'm working on it . Thanks for your support 😊

    My husband and I are relatively new to Pilates and have enjoyed your beginner videos, but this one was disappointing. I understand wanting to include different levels, but this might be better titled an Intermediate class with modifications. It was kind of discouraging.

      Hello Teresa, and thank you for your feedback. It might be good for yourself and your husband to continue with the beginner level classes and stretch session for now so you can build your strength, flexibility and confidence before moving into this Beginner Plus/ Intermediate class. Don’t be discouraged as pilates is a long term fitness practice and each time you do it you are increasing your fitness. There’s no rush nor any right and wrong time frame, so just do what you can.
