Old one was far better looking!
No 4x4 means it's not a Frontera. That's an C3 Aircross which in itself is a city / family small SUV. It's unfortunate for Citroen to be part of the Stellantis group their designs are getting diluted into other things and overall diluted
"But why?" is what I ask myself about a lot of cars. I admire your honesty.
Why not 😅
Because rebadging Peugeot Citroen cars with its own bodywork is cheap to sell some more of those French car platforms, suspension etc.
The Frontera is supposed to be an off roader
Looks great 👍🏼
Looks great , hopefully get one in the future. Car snobs need not apply !
STP is a rock band from California.
I can’t wait to watch you test drive it.
I enjoyed watching the Video. I like this more than the old one 😊
Boring, generic and extremely forgettable
Thats every single vauxhall ever made😂
I thought she did a good job of presenting it.
@@lemagnitio72 Hahaha, that's so harsh ...but funny🤣
@@iCozzh I quite liked the Vauxhall Astra Mk2 GTE back in the day. I was only ten 🤣
Basically the main attributes of most EVs on the road
I particularly like the high hump when the seats are folded down
Sadly, it disappears with the standard double cargo floor.
Just the new eC3 Citroen ..diferent face
😅😂
Looks a bit narrow. Is this supposed to compete with the Peugeot 2008 or 3008 class seeing as the new grandland is moving up to the 5008 class?
I was gonna say it was 'dreary ' but I even think that word is too complimentary.
So, we can compare these 3 box shaped like cars:
1. Dacia Duster 2024- July
2. Citroen C3 aircross 2024- ??
3. Opel Frontera 2024- ??
Dacia will be first to market, but would be nice to test them all before any decision.
Uk full of terrace houses how do they really expect them to be charged regularly 🤦🏽♂️
Yawn - the UK isn't "full of terrace houses". You charge at public chargers.
7.8 million households (31.5% of all households) were in semi-detached properties, up from 31.3% (7.3 million) in 2011
5.8 million (23.2%) were in detached properties, up from 5.3 million (22.7%) in 2011
5.7 million (23.2%) were in terraced properties, down from 5.8 million (24.6%) in 2011
@@timrothwell33 👍🏽
@timrothwell33 Anyone that thinks electric cars are the future.... Yawn
There's no *think* about it. It's an absolute certainty. End of debate.@@MyFoxworld
@@timrothwell33 👍🏾
Is this any how related to Citroen C3 aircross?
NOT THE C3 AIRCROSS, BUT THE NEW E-C3
Professionally presented review... really clear and entertaining at the same time.
Regards the car...love the design for its practicality .. but what are Vauxhall thinking of with their lack lustre power options.... how can they think a new electric car with just over 100hp is acceptable these days ?.
Not a review as it hasn't been driven. It's like reviewing a restaurant and not eating the food
The narrow gap in the seat is to let farts flow out easier
I was thinking the same, ‘The fart channel’. 🤣
But it is brownish reddish orange...ugh. Hard to sell a color like that. My brother has a Honda Civic with that color in which the dealership slashed a huge amount off as one of the last ones (he may have said it was the very last one but cant remember) on the lot to make room for the new models. It was in the lot so long the dealership didn't care.
Jeremy used one of the old ones on the last Top Gear challenge
It looks like Mini Clubman with non split back door
Citroën C3 Aircross
What about the crossland? and the Mokka? Aren't they like the same size
2:20
Petrolversion ca. 20000,- GBP, its ok for the price. Electricversion around 23000,- GBP. Its not a premiumcar. But the missing 4 WD option makes it a joke.
Another excellent review Alex. Professional, honest and funny.
This looks eerily similar to the Indian Citroen C3 Aircross
As an EV owner, from experience the only thing that matters is the battery range. '250 claimed miles' will probably be 200 real world.
Nice option
It seems that Stellantis, under the "leadership" of Tavares , can use only 2 commands: control C & control V
Interior looks like from 80 kadett
From the back it looks like the fiska SUV
A post GM era vauxhaull......yeah, that will be reliable 😂. They look loads better than they did though, I'll give Stellantis that (although this new frontera is a little bland!).
The original Frontera was a Japanese SUV from Isuzu
I love the old fashion key. These modern keyless ignitions are shite!
Wtf another SUV!! Yay
Ah yes, I first watch Electrifying's review then jump straight to the Fully charged show review , and then Autotrader to finish things off. and the cycle repeats
Ditto lol
Citroen's new c3 aircross is identical,7 seat's 🤔🤔🤔
all thaty matters is How much it costs to buy?? howmany passengers? as it a spare wheel, what millage on a full charge?
How long to charge 12 - 45 minutes? price problems to service? life time and ease of battery replacement.
All other things do not matter.
just an evey day family persons simple vehicle.
A people car. do away with silly adverts and save on price of item
It looks like Citroen C3 Aircross.
Hmm, another car on the Peugeot 2008 platform!🤔
Gaara: *Naruto* 👌🏻 > *boruto* 💩
Opel Frontera: Hold my beer
Dear AutoTrader.
I subscribed because of Rory. This lady is very good, but I want Rory.
Just thought you might want to know.
I guess you'll have to unsubscribe then...
@@Kylirr Why, has Rory died?
Thank God nobody makes anything similar for less money. They wouldn't sell any! 😂
We're not that spoilt for choice here in darkest Africa, so I love it and the presenter looked stunning and did a sterling job!
Who is this for?
A driver ...
I didn’t want to like this but I do, 🤔 would I buy one though, no it’s a Vauxhall I’d rather buy a used DS on the same platform but edgier styling and quality interior,
You meant Citroën Frontera
I'm sorry I hate to be a negative nansy buy I only watch the videos with Rory in. Just saying.
so a peugeot 3008 then?
i wouldnt believe anything vauxhall say about range on the electric one after owning a corsa-e for a couple of years, absolute shambles of a company.
If I may ask, what happened??
@@theamisofficial they claim 220 miles for the corsa-e - at best (50mph) its 160 in summer, maybe 170 , in winter its 60-75
@@metalfacemark Oh dear
Citroën C3 Aircross
nothing more
Ironically after GM sells Opel Vauxhall to Stellantis
They both separately turn their old off-road SUV's into Compact Crossovers.
Extremely lame and a waste of great nameplates.
The world has enough compact crossovers that can be named just about anything but the world doesn't have enough true Frame based 4x4's that can take on Toyota & Jeep
It’s a good looking little thing tho. Boring sure. But at least it’s not the hideous jacked up Meriva that the crossland was…
No!!! Give me back the old style frontera... this is an abomination. They could at least make it look good
Would never have another vauxhall after the trouble i had with my vectra,as for electric cars i won't be buying one
STOP BRINGING OLD ICONIC NAMEPLATES AND MAKING THEM ELECTRIC GARBAGE THAT DECIMATES THE CHARM OF THE OLD ONES
oohhh no, another BOX.. only BOX.
I will wait for the diesel version.
Causes cancer. No.
Stellantis is slowly killing Citroen, Opel/ Vauxhall and Alfa Romeo, Stellantis is the European GM
Electric electric electric. ICE is getting less releases by the day. Am sad.
ATTENTION MANUFACTURERS...
E N O U G H with the SUVs, Crossovers and the like. They're boxy, awful, the usual 'Jelly mold' too tall/high centre of gravity thrown together messes. Oooh look the new 'Frontera' has a HUGE boot! But Vauxhall, why do the rear seats NOT fold FLAT thus giving owners a DAMN HUGE shelf to try get stuff over when loading it up?
WHAT HAPPENED to saloons, coupe's and other cars that WERE different and thus gave consumers a CHOICE between what cars/car shapes they like/wanted?? Now we're being told by manufacturers- "Here! Be excited! Hail us! For we have given you yet another tall, boxy, bland, uninspired, uninspiring, 4 wheeled... Thing..." Oh, joy of joys... 😒
😎🇬🇧
Look how they massacred my boy
Oh hell no 🤮
The world as gone very greedy and very sneaky
Don’t need another battery car its probably Chinese
It'd be a lot better if the Chinese made it, they're the leaders in EV's by far.
Too generic, just too bad that it lost Frontera original rugged looks and kind of pickup bed
I am sorry. Vauxhall and Opel are now nothing. Peugeot Citroen's in a different drag dress.
Another peugeot with Vauxhall badge on it😂
Looks the same as every other car at the moment
No thanks
80s Jupiter 8 riffs too loud between narration. Please reduce a tad. Thx. :)
Looks like a Chinese knock off Discovery Sport
When compared to the Mokka this is a bit of a dog
Old one was better
If you are reading this, may God continue to bless you and your loved ones
If you are reading this, may Satan counteract the above blessing.
Absolutely not
Looks awful.
Give me my old black frontera sport any day.
🤮
So it is a new Peugeot, no thanks
😂
So Vauxhalls MO is to make a load of cars that all look the same...Mokka, Crossland, Grandland, Frontera. Snore
Just a Citroen, and another ugly SUV. Come on Vauxhall, bring back the frontera name properly.
Only here for Alex
Vauxhall Tiguan R better
The quartic steering wheel is an apt nod to the Austin Allegro. Another instantly forgettable car.
So, what's it like off road? Any good for towing?
Or just another shit lifestyle model?
Sports - nope
Utility - nope
Vehicle - a dreadful one
Who on earth is buying this !
Boring, just looks like a re badged C5 Aircross
Looks boring as all new vauxhalls
The presenter Is woman? Where Is The Black Guy? I prefer him
I have a mk1 frontera, I was excited now disappointed. What a boring, generic, carbon copy of a 20s car. Has no relation to the frontera, what a boring bland car.
Oh, man, it is so ugly!!! A puzzle of multiple cars, especially the sh**y Kia Soul. Big dissapointment.
People like ugly cars
Why? Because people are obsessed with tall, ugly, shit cars.
Small wheels, boring, certified failure
THIS IS NOT APPEALING! IS A PIECE OF GARBAGE ELECTRIC SUV, AVERAGE LOOKING AT BEST. RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED THAT WILL LOSE 30% OF VALUE AS SOON AS IT LEAVES THE DEALERSHIP.
It’s soooooo boring
Vauxhall is an irrelevant brand
Vauxhall has never made anything inspiring or original. The only car they ever made that people may still remember was the Lotus Carlton and even then it was still just a Carlton rust bucket. It's amazing that Vauxhall are still in business with the bland poor quality generic snooze fests they keep on churning out.
Never owned a Vauxhall but to be honest there are plenty of interesting ones. Anything with a VXR badge for a start. Astra GTE is highly regarded. Then you have the Calibra and also the VX220 and VXR8 Lotus and Holden derived cars. This is PSA's work anyway. So same as Peugeot, Citroen and a good few other brands
🤮🤮🤮🤮
A key start? Like with all modern Vauxhalls avoid Like the plague. Ugly cheap interior blocky and boring.
