Okay, small clarification. The word 'graham' in Sanskrit stands for heavenly object; not planet. I don't believe much in written fate, but am an amateur astrologer, and i have seen things happen.
Your natal chart is a photograph of what the universe looked like at the time of your birth. Now, if you look at a photograph, you can fairly guess the situation. The photograph of celebrations outside a film theatre is different from the photograph taken after someone falls down from a cutout and d!es. That's how astrology works.
You see the picture of the universe at the time of your birth and read/decode/interpret the picture. The most visible ones in this line of work are usually frauds, and are often the most visible ones. So, the disrepute this line of work suffers is very understandable.
Likewise with black magic too. I don't know anything about Vaastu and Nadi, so no comments about those things.

Dude, every hindu house does a "boomi pooja" and some similar stuff while starting the house.
They all use similar stuff and similar locations (eesani moola, gubara moola like that) to do these rituals.
Not just in your neighborhood, excavate any house built through hindu rituals, you can find the similar things underground

I am a PhD in Science. I do not consult superstitions. But I find this young man fumbling with words and discordant in his answers. He seems to have attention deficit while answering. Scientists and scientific persons do not speak vaguely like him. They talk ultra specifically.
I don't care about the "way" i talk.
