That cheesecake looks mighty fine, but If I made this, i would probably add half a bottle of Baileys, I think that would be a considerable improvement.
You both work well together on camera. There's allot of chemistry! One quick point though. I, like most Americans, never learned the metric system. could you include the standard weights and measures in your program?
Left it in the fridge for a full 24 hrs and it didn't set. Sloppy mess glooped out all over the table when I took the tin off. Very disappointing. I advise finding another recipe that has a setting agent in it.
Hannah Brohier, for dessert like this, don't admit to your guests that it was a flop. Get out your prettiest bowls, or dessert plates and scoop it out. A few fine crumbs on top of each serving. Also, you can get your liqueur glasses out and serve Bailey's as well, with plain black coffee or tea. That's more of a Canadian touch.
Hi ladies x
Little tip if you whip the double cream first then fold in room temperature cream cheese it will set up firm within the hour! 😃🙌🏻👍🏻xxxx
+Nicola Jones Amazing tip! Thanks!
What a great combination!

I recommend putting at least 4 or 5 tbsp of baileys, because i added 3 and It doesn't taste like baileys
here's a tip: bite of cake, sip of Baileys...bite of cake, sip of Baileys, etc., etc., etc. ;)
hahaha
What a cheese!!! 🍰🍰🍰
Creamy, delicious and hearty, my type of dessert x
Charlene Flash Me too!

I LOVE THIS CHANNEL!
keli-jo davies Thank you!!!
This is awesome :D
Steve Bergen Tastes wonderful!
Would definitely add a shot of espresso or strong coffee to amp up the coffee more! And some more Baileys. Really like that strong kick of booze.
+Jessica Angela love cooking with espresso - especially love drinking them in a martini!
Hmm yum. I would've put in some zest from some sort of citrus to cut through the richness of the cream cheese.
Perriax We thought of that, but it doesn't need it, and it is quite tricky to pair a fruit with Baileys! Chocolate, however...
Sister banter...lol!
Loopylu005 Oh yes. Sibling rivalry to the max!
hahaha u 2 make this video. posh wittys i call you! you're great to watch ladies, you can be regulars on national tv...

Hi again Hannah, you must use full fat cream cheese. Any 'lite' cream cheese won't work. Don't try to cut calories on cheese cake.
2 tbsp of baileys? That’s not a baileys cheesecake lol
