I know only one person in the CHP as a classmate, and but have no personal interest in the candidates. I can say, our CHP officers are the best of the best. I don't believe any other state puts out more trained officers than California. Yes there are bad apples in any department and Sacramento has had their share of them, but the CHP are the one department I can feel proud to live in the state.
Questions: 1. Can the human-being stay within the confined limits of speed posted? 2. If there's no law-enforcement of exactly 65 MPH, do you think it would gradually reflect to the entire population. 3. Would it be difficult to enforce later. Meaning it would be too late to enforce later if we don't enforce now and keep things low.
