Isn't it weird how our brain always wants to dwell on the past or worry about the future? Meditation practice helps us to overcome these habits and live right HERE AND NOW!

Started listening to this one as a last ditch effort before I turned to a medication to knock down my anxiety attack. Went from a full blown "I can't handle this", shaking 9 to a "worried but I'll deal with it later" 4 on my personal anxiety scale. Thank you so much for this. I genuinely feel like I've learned a skill here. And it was all here on RUclips the whole time.

Anxiety is the cricket on pinocchios shoulder. Theres something your meant for and your body is telling you in vibration that you can not ignore.
The rush from finding your gift will set the feeling free and you can share it with the world.

Me and this "15-minute Mindfulness" session:
I meditated to this guided meditation for the first time long time back. Maybe 10 years or so back. It felt so perfect that I downloaded it immediately on my phone as audio and used it almost daily for many years. I renamed it to "15-minute Mindfulness". It has the perfect balance of simple explanations and silence for practice. Helps me realize WHY I even meditate everytime I listen. Plus, the last five minutes are golden. I usually extend it by another 10 minutes to make it a 30 minute session. I practiced with this track and "that" voice for several years even as I explored more systematic and elaborate meditation practices. In many ways, this was my foundational practice. Where it started for me.
However, couple of years back, I lost my phone and lost this audio track along with it. I thought I can do without it as my practice has expanded widely over the years. However, a couple of months back I realized that I needed to get back to my roots and have a taste of my go-to practices because I was feeling agitated and all the fancy stuff was not helping me feel grounded. I knew I needed this session and so searched on youtube.
As you can guess, searching for a specific guided meditation is like looking for a favourite needle among a stack of identical needles. All look and feel the same. Except, this one is special (for me)
I remembered that all those years back, this video had a thumbnail of a pebble in a pond with gentle waves flowing from the pebble. But somehow I just couldn't spot it after hours of trying and I gave up.
But suddenly last week, I "accidentally" bumped into this video as I was looking for some simple guided meditation. I usually skip a few videos to find something that is acceptable so I wasn't expecting much from this one and immediately skipped a few seconds into it. But I recognized that this is MY session almost immediately. I mean, you can give me a 2 second sample from any part of this track and I can spot it just by the soundscape. Even the notes from last 5 minutes are itched into my instincts. Obviously, listening to something ten thousand times does that.
Anyways, that's the tale of how much this track means to me. It feels like finding a long lost friend, this one. I play it almost every day again now.
Finally, I'd like to thank the uploader. I am not sure if you own this or if you got this from somewhere but I am grateful for your efforts. Thank you.

F*** That was so amazing, like woah! Its like I was watching Tv in my mind, no joking. I was so deeply in the present, it felt like Ive just came back from somewhere. The amount of peace and tranquility during those last 5 minutes were totally bliss. It suprises me how many thoughts run through our mind and we have not the patience to sit down and practice mindfullness. Thats also dangerous because thoughts influence our emotions and emotions fuel action and if we have so many thoughts we're not paying attention to, we can develop anxiety and frustration that stems out of nowhere but ourselves. Ive also got a greater sense of who I was and where I am in Space-time(Now). This is honestly one of the best guided mediation to practice. I got to hand it to you, ur one of the best. Those last five minutes felt like 30 minutes or so, but i wouldnt know, i was so in the present moment.

I saw something that said in order to be good at something you have to be and at it first. And there is a book called the 4 agreements that talk about how everything we learned is through repetition. So right now, I am bad at controlling my emotions. But I’m working on it. And I’m learning that being sensitive is my superpower. With that being said, my compassion will not go to others if I am not feeling up for it. You cannot always be love and light, you have to stick up for yourself. Being nice is not worth being walked over. And it’s okay to cry. It’s okay to need time for yourself. I’m proud of myself! And thank you again, because I never was a big fan of meditation, but I realized I was just watching one’s that weren’t for me! ❤️

Your voice is simply amazing! I’ve been listening to your “Morning meditation” for months now but I only found this one today January 1st 2022 and I’m so grateful for that. For whoever is reading this, if you haven’t read yet “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle, I would definitely get my hands on it, if fully understood and integrated, it has the power to change your life. Wishing you a 2022 full of love, abundance, & presence ❤️

There are certainly a lot of mindfulness meditations and mindfulness hypnotherapy sessions on RUclips. Somewould say that that there are just an incredible amount of them and as a listener, it is hard to find one session that is very effective , not exceptionally long but just the right amount of time as well as being of very good quality, the right pace, and a calming voice - thank you so much, as your video here is for myself, the top mindfulness meditation I use on a constant basis. Thanks again for creating a wonderful audio experience.

This was a good one other than him doing the body scan much too fast for it to be of any impact. But the guidance about breath and what to do with thoughts was very good and the period of time was good. Then at the end he stops the session but leaves the music going for another 3-5 minutes for you to continue if you choose to. That is a great idea and I appreciated the extra time.
