- Meet 3 couples that did their research and made Three different decisions on the RV Lifestyle they wanted in Retirement... Full Time - NO TIME and Part Time. It's a big decision and needs some Research.
And the downsizing never ends! We are still off-loading stuff we don't use and now into our 8th year of fulltiming!
Hi Guys, we totally agree as we keep taking stuff out of the RV but I swear those bays remain FULL. How is that even possible. LOL, hope you two are enjoying your summer so far.
Always enjoy your videos, especially your interviews.
Hi Jim, we meet some of the greatest couples living this RV Lifestyle and it is so enlightening to hear everyone's story.
Hi Bob and Pearl and Wayne and Carrie. When I was 14 and working on a ranch I back into a new 1969 Camaro with a company truck. It belonged to and ranch hand. I left a little dent in the rear of it. He was nice about it. I am in the upper peninsula of Michigan. It is hot here but I am overnight at a Walmart in Iron Mountain. It is crazy here on the holiday weekend. I got here about 2 pm and I didn't think I would find a place to park but I finally did.
That had to be a hard thing to fess up to especially at 14, I loved getting my drivers license at 14 as well but I have to admit 16 is probably a better age. I think it is crazy in every walmart in the country this week-end and you are probably pretty lucky (or wise) to stop early and get a spot while it was available. Enjoy the holiday
@JustPassingThru Bob and Pearl, I actually came in too early it's empty now but it all worked out. I hope you'll have a great fourth also. Holidays are the hardest for full timers Or any RVers I guess.
Another interesting video. I enjoyed the insight into fulltiming from different folks. I also appreciated a man with a lot of "toys" especially someone who will use them.
Hi Jim, I agree with you, I always enjoy hanging out with Ron and hearing his projects plus he often has answers to questions I have about our diesel engine. Hope you two are enjoying your RV Adventure and everything is going smoothly.
Say hey to Wayne and Carrie for us and we still need to downsize some more
There seems to be no end to the downsizing it seems. We will hook up with Wayne and Carrie again somewhere on the Oregon coast this summer and definitely will see them this winter in Yuma.
We found that there are many ways to enterthis lifestyle as you enter retirement or even before retirement. It takes a lot of discussion and evolving plans and like you say - do your resarch.
Miss you guys!!
Good Morning Doug D, we sure enjoyed our experience meeting you and Helen in person. I wish I had video with Helen and You together as you two are such a wonderful couple to get to know. Enjoy your RV Travels and we hope to see you both again on the road somewhere.
Wow! That's a lot of power under that hood.
Hi Carrie and Wayne 🤗
It’s great that Tiffin came out with that large emergency exit. Thanks for sharing.
Yes, it is a very nice Coach and Wayne and Carrie may have been right on track with purchasing their Last RV First.
Everyone approaches things differently and you have presented a nice diversity to retirement. For us, we RV part time as that works for us. Thanks Bob & Pearl.
We have grown to appreciate the benefits of having a home base and it makes the joy of the RV Lifestyle even better having a home to return to every winter. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts.
Nice video 😊
Thanks Tammy
Love to see your videos. We have missed you.
Thanks for watching and even greater to hear you enjoyed it. We appreciate your kind words of encouragement.
I notice the overhead cabinets are closed. :)
Looks like you're still having fun! Keep enjoying it!
Good Eye Joe! I think you and Dave from Our Endeavor are the only two guys I know that can keep their cabinet doors open when and if they want to. LOL, Keep On Keeping ON, my friend
Good video. I am enjoying my full-time up in Island Park, Idaho with some friends from Quartzsite last year. You guys take care.
Hi Tim, is that Jim and Donna with ya? We camped with them a week or two just outside of Island Park in some of the best boondocking we have ever experienced. Keep that Grizzly Bear Spray handy..
@@JustPassingThru I’m with three different couples and another single guy that I met in Quartzsite at a concert out on BLM land. It was a concert by a RUclips channel called the border hook ups. We had another concert with them and a couple other people on 10 June here in Island Park. But you have to realize main street of Island Park I think it’s about 20 miles long. I think I will be spending most of the summer in Idaho.
@@timaz1066 Idaho is definitely one of our favorite places to be
I'm hoping to get my first and last Class A in 2025, assuming the election goes well. I'm keeping a home base, but I look forward to the adventures.
Good Luck with the election and the Class A. We all try to get our last RV first but few of us ending up making the right choice. We certainly didn't LOL. We wish you many Wonderful RV Adventures once you get on the road.
Wow your son-in-law has an awesome plan. He seriously lives cars. I hope you can come back and show us his progress.
Hi Gladys, we will post pictures when he gets it finished, probably August some time. Thanks for watching

Slow Cooker Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Equipment
• Slow Cooker- 6 quart or larger
Ingredients
• 1.5 lbs. boneless skinless raw chicken breasts (don't use any more than 1.5 pounds, the casserole will seem dry if you do).

Add these items at the end:
• 10 corn tortillas I use a 10-12 oz. package of soft corn tortillas.
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese divided
• 3.8 oz. can black olives divided
Instructions
1. Put the chicken breasts and the enchilada sauce in your slow cooker.
2. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.
3. Shred the chicken with 2 forks right in the slow cooker.
4. Cut the tortillas in to strips, add to chicken and sauce. Stir.
5. Add 1/2 cup of cheese and half the olives into the sauce and chicken mixture. Stir again.
6. Flatten the mixture.
7. Add the rest of the cheese and the olives on top.
8. Cook on low for about 40 - 60 minutes longer.
9. Top with sour cream (optional)
Just a mild critique…
You need to let your interviewees do most of the talking when you ask them questions.
