The mobile game ads of that weird tower where you have to combine numbers to defeat sone main boss, but as an actual game, and one that presumably doesn't suck? Sign me up
I am still looking for a game that actually does that
@@timonobel615 It exists and is called, "YEAH! YOU WANT "THOSE GAMES," RIGHT? SO HERE YOU GO! NOW, LET'S SEE YOU CLEAR THEM!".
@@timonobel615 The game "Yeah! You Want 'Those Games,' Right? So Here You Go! Now, Let's See You Clear Them!" does actually feature the tower game, although their whole gimmick is that they are a collection of "Those Games", i.e. fake mobile game ads.
@@JustLazer Are you serious?
@@timonobel615 He's serious. That's literally the name of the game. It's like $10 on Steam.
Damn the makers of shotgun king? This should be nice
I'm not letting the top comment be another bro fell off joke
@@ADudeWithAChannelwhy not?
@@meapyboy12345 it's not original or funny
I'm tired of it
@@ADudeWithAChannel hmm okay then thank you for answering.
You can feel it's the same people, the soundtrack, the sound effects and the visual style are all the same.
18:23 I think this is a damageless solution:
1. Add 21 + 7 to make 28
2. Attack enemy 28 with 28
3. Triple 6 to get 18
4. Divide 18 with enemy 32 to make enemy 1 (since 32/18=1.778 which truncates to 1)
5. Attack enemy 1 with 4, creating a corrupted 3
6. Attack corrupted 3 with 3
Cool solution!
I see no reason why this wouldn't work. Nice!

@@Shepard--Tauren you’re just mad you can’t do math

This is definitely a CoolMathGame
my man that was gooooood
wAIT A MINU-
I see what you did there
0:54 im seething rn
Him not seeing 4 × 5 already has me tilted 😅
came to the comments for this
"it is very simple math"

Seethe together strong!
I would love to see how this was developed, as in, how the enemies HP is calculated based on your current squad. It seems like there is something going on there that dynamically changes based on what you choose, otherwise it would be way too easy to make a situation where you cant win without taking HP.
Would be fascinating to see a devlog on how all that was done.
I know right, especially that you need exact HP instead of something greater than that
My bet is that it has a list of possible numbers (the soldiers you have) and also a list of possible equations (scrolls and abilities), then it just randomly combines stuff until it gets multiple big numbers (all the enemies). That way there's always a guaranteed solution, or at least that's how I think it would've worked
I'm the gamedev : I started algebrawl as a perfect puzzle solver where ennemies HP were indeed calculated to fit a random squad. But It was boring and slow, because, if the player know a perfect answer exists, he will spend a large amount of time to find it, killing the fun. So I changed it to a roguelike, with levelup options VS ever-growing monsters. It can technically lead to impossible level ( Shotgun King also ) but they're most of the time the result of bad progression choices.
@@bumdum33 oh! That is an interesting game design choice, thank you for your insight on it
@bumdum33 I was wondering about "the perfect answer" ruining it. Thanks for the insight!
I was hoping he would realize that halving the highest HP enemy is not always the right choice.
It makes the math easier and with the rewind is not a big deal
Well, as long as he win, it was the right choice.
The great part about algebra is there is often multiple solutions
@@RadicalRhiathat is so good on so many levels
In this case, it was
at minute 11, copying the doubler also copies the doubling ability?? so cool
distributive property go brrr
The 5 damage to all enemies sounds so broken cause you can just overshoot or undershoot by 5 without concern for the aftermath
yeah, its one of the best things in the game :P
9:59 I appreciate that the editor tries to blend the visuals into the game.
this actually reminds me a lot of dicey dungeons how you can fudge all the numbers just right and play the perfect hand
The thumbnail looks like those fake mobile game ads

IS THAT A FR CHAIN?
14:22 W reference from the editor
Now THIS is what should be on cool math games.
You never combined the bunny with the badger for multible halving abilities. That might have saved you the 1 HP.
Or combine the squirrel and the rabbit to get a new spell to combine a squirrel and a rabbit to get more spells to combine...
The multilayered 8:02 joke is amazing
If it was made by the shotgun king devs, this should definitely be a great game to watch
Imagine if there were several "1" enemies, so your entire squad gets corrupted.
I see a funny glitch in this game already, when you pick up units to move them, the king un-sinks and shows his feet.
I fear no man but that thing...
**Prime Number**
...it scares me
yessssssss babyyyy! I'm a math teacher and I simply LOVE this game. If I had the money for it I would buy a copy for each of my G6 students.
Please keep playing, Tyler!
I’d love to see more of this, you and the team make any game entertaining hope you enjoyed this game as much as I enjoyed watching!
Super algebra advanced
Iced puzzles
c² = b² + a²
I do wanna see more! Was a fun watch
I got this game right when it came out, really love it. I would love to see more from you.
This is why I subscribed to Tyler. Some puzzle games that require big brain move on Tyler part so I could just watching mindlessly before bed lol.
Finally my math degree has a use!
Ive watched for years. Your editor is spot on. I dont think you could have gotten a better one. Bravo!
These are the kind of potentially educational games that are needed.
This game is a blast!! Definitely into seeing more!!
I love that you play so many games! I want to try every one.
That was amazing! You always do a great job and I really dig math games.
Very cool game! Love how much similar DNA it shares with Shotgun King while being such a different game. That victory sound is very familiar though!!
i genuinely think this is very cool. i think a lot of math games are made for kids, but I as well as many other people are adults who haven't taken a math class in years, and this is such a great way to get our brains pumping.
this game is so cool i would love to see more of it
as a fan of hit british gameshow; countdown, this looks really easy.
This look like a really fun game, especially since you can rewind so it's not super punishing, I'm probably gonna buy it. Thanks for the discovery
0:58 - missed 4x5
4:58 - missed increase all by one and do 7+6
7:47 - (3+12)x5, then +4, though i admit your way might be better
BAH!! (just send the guys at them. remember how you can do that?)
19:42 - . _ .
20:10 - yeah the hundred might not be as useful as divid, but still... its 28x100
there's probably more
11:24 He doesnt have the multiply spell anymore
19:00 The slimes splits on hit so you cant just sent unit into them
Other than that, it doesn't matter which way you do math anyways as long as the king doesn't take damages so he didn't really "misses" anything but the level before the boss that someone else in the comments found the no damage solution already.
@@Reificios Thank you! Guess I'm also bad at math xD
I wonder if the game calculates enemies depending on what you have so there is always a solution so in the shop phase you actually want to not pick things you think are most useful but actually those that keep the complexity as low as possible.
i really like this game! i hope we see more of this!
As someone who really isn't good with math and derives no enjoyment from it, watching you enjoy this so much kind of shifted my perspective and made me go "There really is something for everyone, and that's good"
this is like the countdown number game
This is Brilliant!
I'm loving this game!
this is amazing! more please
4:26 I’m sorry did that say dementia 😭
Actual dementia
yeah warren has dementia
woah woah woah, is this game basically the math round from Countdown? Nice

absolute perfect number of little notes / jokes put in by the editor!

Is the "Algebrawl" a reference to Algernon from the novel "Flowers for Algernon"
Probably moreso just because Algebra is very easily turned into a fun little portmanteux by adding wl to make it Alge-brawl. :3
algebra + brawl
@Kimtroverted I had noticed that, but the rat soldiers made me remember the novel so I thought "huh, maybe that was done on purpose"
editors are going hard. love the videos lately
This was so good!
An actual math game that doesn't bore me to death? Sign me up!
At 8:35, when he's dragging the sword over, it shows it appying to two friendly units for a split second. Is that the subtraction?
This is amazing!
if you’re not planning to multiply after, there’s no reason to add ur units together before attacking the enemy as them attacking separately accomplishes the same thing
unless you’re against a slime tho i suppose
If you have the lightning spell on reserve you can let allies get corrupted to up to 5HP and then use the spell to finish them off.
nice concept
I like that kind of games
I hope there's a late game enemy with Exactly 1 HP.
Or maybe even a 0 even.
Guarenteed Corruption.
This is brilliant, i must know what other lands this mathematical military conquers
Hell yeah more of this
11:32 “I have no enemies” happens
Nice video
This seems like a vary good game to teach kids math
Just realized that the halve + split + divid=

X/2
X/4 + X/4
(X/4)/(X/4)

An actual coolmath game
If only it was on there when i was in school
This is amazing
Reminds me of Slice & Dice
That's it. We need this game in schools.
It reminds me of British show Countdown
Considering the fact that the King could use The Force to move enemy, why wouldn't he use it to yeet them away instead of merging soldiers?
wow, this is great
1:04 yo 💀 4:20 😮 oh knew it
I am saying this while at 10:21 but if you combo the due that cuts things values in half with the bunny and split the bunny would you get two chops?
Yep. Now imagine that but with the squirrel...
4:51, if you use the plus one spell, 6+7=13, yes it did give you a way to get 13
*Starts the video* oh nice math! My chapters: alright so hmmm… yeah this is definitely FNAF
This would have been so good for lil me
big brain math fun to watch but now brain hurty XD
Banger game
WE NEED TO SEE BINARY BAY!!!!!!

1:05 no way he just said that
Nice
Oh, yeah I know what I’m buying next
How the hell do you figure out that 51 is 17 times 3 that fast 12:36
In Germany, we needed to memorize a bigger times table containing the squares up to 20 and 1-20 times 1-10. 17x3 is a part of that. Or maybe the editors cut there...
I wonder why you immediately hit the biggest guy in half. You don't know whether or not you necessarily need to do that.
Legit if “Rat Squad” takes off as a subscriber name im paying up
Another game that Icely puzzles already played))
Man I wish I had this instead of flash cards!
