      There’s really nothing like the Peyton vs Brady duels. For 15 years, they’d almost always get matched up and it was always an incredibly important game for playoff seeding. And the games themselves were often classics. You got the early playoff beat downs by the Patriots, the goal line stand in 04, the colts comeback in the AFCCG, the Patriots comeback to keep their perfect season alive, the 4th and 2 game, the pats comeback from down 24-0, and finally the 2015 AFCCG that came down to a 2pc. So many amazing games

      What helmet rule?

    • @roshango125ab
      @roshango125ab 2 года назад +7

      @@Ambivalence18 ok so starting in 2013 players had to wear the same helmet shell all season. The idea was that it would be safer because it would mold to your head better but after 8 years it doesn't seem to make a difference when it comes to head injuries. So they are getting rid of the rule.
      This effected throwbacks because before this rule players could own multiple helmets of different colors for whatever uniform they wore. Examples included the Patriots having the default sliver and pat patriot white. The Buccaneers with the default putter and the white for the creamsicle throwback. Or the Cowboys with the sliver default and the white Thanksgiving throwbacks.
      You haven't seen any of these throwbacks since 2012 because teams were limited to only one helmet. Now teams are allowed to change logos and facemasks on the shell, so you still saw teams like the Bears and Giants wear throwbacks, because it's still the same base helmet. This is also why Denver's throwback had the navy blue helmet instead of the more traditional shade of blue, because they had to use their default helmet shell.

      You guys just hate.
      The guy ‘s teams made the playoffs almost every year, they went to 4 SBs and won 2.
      Manning made teams weren’t that good look great.
      Colts without Manning went 2-14 in 2011
      Pats without Brady during Brady’s era were 14-6.
      The Pats won 11 games with that stiff Cassel who hadn’t started a game since HS.
      I mean Brady is great but the Pats were just a dominant team, all the way around.
      Brady also knew when to get out of town, Pats in 2019 were trending down, “one and done”.
      So Brady goes to a stacked TB offense. If Winston hadn’t thrown 30 INTS the year before that Bucs offense would have been the best on the league. Arians is a great coach too.
