      2012 was insane for QBs. Russ, RGII, Andrew Luck, Ryan Tannehill, Kirk Cousins, and Nick Foles
      Not to mention other QBs who've had some small success as well, like Brock Osweiler, who went 5-2 in 2015 and helped the Broncos stay on track before their eventual Super Bowl run. Don't forget Case Keenum too, who was an undrafted free agent that year, who's not bad at all either considering he's still in the league (currently the backup to Baker Mayfield). Pretty funny how in the 2017 playoffs Nick Foles and Case Keenum would battle for a spot in the Super Bowl. The 2012 QB class is definitely up there as one the most impactful. It's wild because 2011 was seen as a great class of QBs at the time. That class would immediately get blown out of the water by this one. Lmao

      Honestly I feel Gardner Minshew should get a shot somewhere as a starting QB of a team with a halfway good defense.
      The Jaguars in 19 and especially 20 were god awful defensively. And I don’t think Minshews stats were horrible.

    This game is pretty interesting because despite being at the apex of the Legion of Boom, you could see how Seattle was still vulnerable; you couldn't overpower the LoB with physicality, but they weren't the quickest guys in the game and so smaller, faster guys like TY Hilton could outmaneuver them.

      Yep. We got a small glimpse of what could've been in 2018 during that insane 9-1 stretch after a 1-5 start. Luck was a bonafide MVP contender that season. With the current Colts defense and running-game, Luck definitely would've been competing for a Super Bowl in 2019 and 2020.

    This is the year Seattle wins the Super Bowl. Most of those core Seahawks players are only in their 2nd/3rd/4th seasons in the league (Russ, BWagz, Sherman, Earl T, Bam Bam Kam, Bruce Irvin, Doug Baldwin, Golden Tate, KJ Wright, Browner, Russell Okung, Jermaine Kearse, Byron Maxwell, Malcom Smith) and pretty much all of them still on rookie contracts. They play a lot of that cover 3 where they had tons of success for a good solid run. But it was those small, quick, slot type of WR’s that gave them the most problems

  • @the7A7dude
    @the7A7dude 2 года назад +1

    There could have been 2 of them but the Patriots decided there was too much air in the league regulated balls.
