    I just heard from my friend that she used aluminum foil to harden the white chocolate (instead of using plastic wrap). i think that is better!!! you can easily spread the chocolate & form the chocolate into a square shape without using a square pan!!! i will add this tip in my recipe (description box) later!!!
    pls like this comment so that everyone can see it~ :) tks

      日本語訳:お友達がサランラップの代わりにアルミホイルを使ってホワイトチョコを固めたら、伸ばしやすかったと教えてくれました。確かにアルミホイルを使うと角型も要らないだろうし、オススメです♥

    My daughter loves the Shiroi Koibito that her aunt bought back from Hokkaido to Singapore! Thanks for the recipe! Can I ask why you don't just pipe the chocolate directly onto the cookies themselves? Will they spread and get messy?

    • @ochikeron
      @ochikeron  10 лет назад

      you can do that~ but i wanted to let the square chocolate run off the edges like the real shiroi koibito~ hehe

    Has anyone tried making these? I want to try making some but I'm still not confident if i can actually make some. Lololol 😂😂😂😂
    I love these cookies! I immediately bought more when we went to Japan last vacation.
    Btw, is it advised to temper the white chocolate first? Or is it an unnecessary step?

    • @ochikeron
      @ochikeron  4 года назад +1

      over a double boiler is necessary because white chocolate doesn't like high temperature

  • @SuperLuckyShanshan
    @SuperLuckyShanshan 10 лет назад

    I follow your recipe but the cookies turn out to be very greasy. When I pulled them out from the over, the surface was a sort of bubbling. The taste is also different from the cookies I bought from Japan. Does it happen like that?
