One thing to remember that I think you haven't used very much if at all is that your camera has a photo mode in addition to a launch mode, it's just not selected by default. It's helpful for navigating ghost matter since you don't have to fire it and sort of try to remember where the ghost matter was, you can just take a picture and see exactly where you can go. Obviously not super useful before you enter a tunnel that you're not sure about.
I know it has a photo mode, I just keep forgetting to use it! I think that's part of my problem with some of these puzzles. Plus, regarding the hole, I thought I'd seen a gap but I *think* I just didn't have the right angle to see all the ghost matter with the camera, plus I'm not quite sure I had the dexterity to avoid it to begin with if there *was* one, lol.
@ yeah, I was absolutely awful at remembering to use the tools when the time came. The game is so distracting, you’ll go to a planet specifically to do something and then get distracted by a million other things. That said, you’re doing well.
2:36 Alas, no, the colour/brightness of this video is worse - back to as bad as it looked in the first few videos, before you turned up the gamma. Everything looks super orange, and the elevator energy ring things at 2:30 definitely appear blue, not purple. Sorry! 3:18 "Here, comet comet comet comet" - I mean, you could open up your system map and lock on to it, and then the HUD would point you at it 😁 Choosing your destination and locking on to it before you even lift off makes navigation a lot easier (and you get to learn where everything is when you launch straight away - Giant's Deep up, the Twins to the left, Brittle Hollow to the right, Dark Bramble on the far side of the sun). Ah, you got there eventually 👍 8:30 Flashlight plz. 33:56 I struggled with this bit too. It helps to fire your scout around to light up dark corners. 55:45 I think that is in fact your ship, from which you're watching the scout come past 😆
- I *think* I might have gotten it this time! It looks like my video editing software was color-correcting, for some reason, but I can make it revert to computer rgb instead. The small bit I rendered first to test looked right, and it looks like it's consistent over the rest of the video! Fingers crossed for this one! - Yeah, I started remembering my map more for today's episode! - I'm at least fairly certain I must have missed a way down, so I'm going to be going back to check it out again soon. - Lol yeah, I realized when it slingshot past me a second time xD
