I wanna be one of the CRAZY people
Awarded lol 😆
It is good to have goals. But it is also possible that you are already there. Congratulations, you made it....
I don't date children
No you don’t. Trust me
If you think you are crazy, you are not crazy.😆
I looked at this with a different perspective. When I was married years ago, every time I went out in public with my ex, women everywhere would flirt with me often. Sometimes they even did it in front of her and this was in the U.S. As soon as I got divorced and was single again, not one woman would even take notice of me. I believe that many women are just competitive and jealous of each other by nature.
Correct. I have proven it. Run an escort agency and see.
You're right. Extremely competitive. They see you with a woman and want to know what you have that this woman is by your side? Also, I think women can tell when you're single just by how we carry ourselves. I swear, when I have a girlfriend and am getting laid on the regular, when I'm out alone, women approach and flirt, however, when I'm single and out alone and not getting laid, it's like I have plague. LOL! Other guys agree with me on this.
Wedding bands in Korea were a reason for a girl to try to hook up with you for the night.
It's a common trait. My wife tells me she loves me unconditionally and trusts me totally but also admits she has an insecurity about other women flirting and attempting to come between us. She also tells me that because of the way I treat her both in the home and in public, with typical respect and attention to his wife I am considered high value by other Flipina women. An example happened
while shopping in the local market in Lapu-Lapu a vender said to her co worker knowingly in front of my wife such and such your American boy friend is here. I was very concious of how my wife would have felt but being a very reserved lady not wanting to make a scene said nothing. Me on the other hand spoke up and said I'm sorry you must have me mistaken for someone else. I'm Australian and the beautiful woman about to purchase from your store is my Wife and I think you owe her an apology. She became rather embarrassed and replied I'm sorry sir I was just joking. I looked at her sternly she got the message and turned to my wife and said Sorry mam.
While walking home my wife discribed that woman as an itchy girl. She said I should not have said anything ,but I said that your my wife and deserve to be treated as such.
Yep! Great observation!
Thanks!

Paul, I feel like you are really hitting your stride with videos like this.
Thank you for providing real information and educating your curious viewers, or at least me.
God bless you and Mae.
Paul and Mae I appreciate your video today. Your willingness to share and your candid love for each other. It gives me hope for the rest of us.
Been married 29 years. Still clingy. Jealousy died down considerably. Unless we are visiting in the Philippines. Then it's a 10 out of 10. But I love her and she loves me. Her family is awesome to me. Love them to death. You always give good advice.
Paul, Old dog new tricks, you’re a better man than most. This incessant constant need for reassurance is draining. I’ve come to understand, patience, lots of patience is very necessary in this country. Social Discipline norms are not readily apparent in pinas✌🏾
I believe that’s because most countries are use too not showing or having patience we in the USA , we’re use to everything NOW & all the modern conveniences.
Eject button dude.
Filipina are full of love, sad to say but you are they're meal ticket and they don't want anyone to steal you away. 😊
They will fight to the death literally to keep their man

@@Michael-g8d get a sense of humor Mike. Obviously you are insecure so want to make condescending comments to feel better about yourself. Pauls fun light hearted attitude is why he does so well so lighten up and appreciate it
It's a special kind of jealousy. It's almost always the fear to loose the foreigner goldmine...
When you stop and think about it, if they're really desirable, they can get that "gold mine" anytime they want.
I think what they really want is someone who respects them and won't cheat on them, which seems to be an epidemic among filipino men.
True, but to me it also sounds like the type of jealousy you get when dating a pathological narcissist(cluster b personality disorders)..Pathological narcissists are insecure on a fundamental level, where they don't feel safe. They cannot bond(they're only capable of enmeshment) or connect to others, so they never get to know them and cannot trust them, no matter how long it's been. No matter what happens or what you do, they do not feel safe enough to trust you in even basic ways. It can sometimes come out as anger, accusation, avoidance, distance or contempt and is framed in a way that makes it look like you are doing things that make you untrustworthy. After all the years, after all the pain and abuse, manipulation, lies, and any other horrible things they can put people through... you will likely still have more basic trust in the narcissist as a human being than they have ever had in you. Ever. Even the basic trust required to physically exist in the world with other people, they don't have in anybody - including themselves. The world is a battleground, an inherently unsafe place where everyone is not just not an ally, but an enemy, a potential life-threatening attacker. You cannot ever love someone like this enough to prove that you are safe enough for them to trust. It can't happen, because they don't know what safety is. They live in a world where there is no such thing. Some narcissists may become super-aggressive, dominant and even violent in order to deal with that; others may become helpless, vulnerable and lost; and still others may become ultra-controlled, and flat emotionally with very little reaction to anything, but all of these are ways of dealing with the same fundamental problem: they believe the world is unsafe, which influences their orientation to it and their interactions with it enormously.
Narcissists have a fear of abandonment. It's nothing to do with the other person, it's about them and it really could be anyone they are in a relationship with because everyone is interchangeable and viewed as objects by the narcissist anyway. That's why they never consider your feelings or anything else about you in all this, you're not even seen as a separate person. Most narcissistic people believe at their core that they are defective and unlovable. Rejection and abandonment represent the ultimate failure of the narcissist. It validates all of their delusional and paranoid beliefs, and therefore it is intolerable. Because of there behaviour because of their illogical fears and paranoia it actually creates situations where people reject and abandon them, because people get tired of being called liars and cheaters and abusers when they are not doing any of those things. They get tired of having to constantly tell another adult that they're on the same side, or being forced to jump hurdle after hurdle to prove they are safe to trust only for this to never actually happen. People give up and move on. Then the narcissist was right all along: no one really cares about anyone else, and especially about them. Everyone is just a manipulative liar.
I really don't think I would use the term "goldmine". Imagine a life of not knowing what tomorrow would bring and then finding a life of no worries
@@AmericanoInPhilippines20That is a gold mine to someone in those circumstances
Paul, another great video, I met a woman from Bohol on line in April 2023, we video chat nearly every day. I am traveling to meet her in November, I am 59, she is 36,, all the information here will be great to have. I have picked up on these topics over time from others, but really looking forward to this trip. Thanks again for your honesty. Wish you both well, we'll meet some day.
Be careful
Good luck bro🙏
@@forthdimension686 thank you,, it was a great trip, well except for the 11 hour flight. My tailbone was killing me. Family was great, now the heartbreak of waiting on a K1 visa,, but we will get through it and hopefully have her here by end of year 2025
Be honest and demand honesty. Polite lies are a warning sign.
Good video Paul! I’ll add this, the jealousy thing does lasting damage that connects to your previous video regarding if your Filipina passes away before you. Since my Filipina passed I have had an aversion to going out of the apartment by myself…😢 this is so true what you’ve covered here.
I can see the jealousy aspect being a problem. Once you have landed your wallet you don't want someone else stealing it.
She gets jealous because all those girls are after a meal ticket and she doesn’t want to lose hers
It's not true ,jealous, because it is out of trust. Foriegner came to the Philippines to take advantage of young ladies

First time on this channel, the information was correct 😂 I'm going through some of the jealousy stage, and the clinging 😂😂. This helps me understand their way's so much clearer, thanks.
Insightful , especially by including Mae in the conversation for her perspective. I can speak from experience having lived with a filipina here in FL/WA, that jealousy is a reality but does mellow over time...sort of 😁
This is interesting, a good video, has definitely held my attention..
Excellent video! Thank you for your candour; that is what makes the video so valuable, your authenticity.
Awesome video, very informative thank you
Mae laughing is so delightful she really is having a good stroll down memory lane
What a great Video Paul , Thank you for the Heads Up on Filipina Ladies !!!
That was truly a deep dive, so many fascinating topics covered. I think for an old man having a frisky young lady about could be a big challenge, you just don't want to engage in that hobby all the time any more, you develop other interests and a new philosophy where that just doesn't feature. Good point for considering the lady's emotions.
Good info!!!
Im a Filam and i remember in my younger years, my Filipina gf is extremely jealous on everyone including my family. It destroyed our relationship.
@familyoffive5212 My ex-girlfriend in America did the same to me, I had to kick her out even if I loved her very much. She was so jalous about my family, it was destroying me
The same thing happened to me with my last Pinay gf, she became more and more jealous , in the end it destroyed us. I gave her so many chances, probably even a 'get out of jail free' card as well.....that's what happens when you 'Take a Chance'....😂😂😂 bit of a monopoly on the joke...😂😂
I'm 62....😂 and I want it 5 times a night 😂😂. If guys are fit and do a lot of resistance training then the guys libido will usually stay strong for years. 😊

One of the best UT I have watched
Great video chat .you two are great to listen to .. take care always both of you 😊marty from Australia 🇦🇺
Your joy in each other is obvious. I am happy for you both.
I think it's getting harder for guys coming to the Philippines. Social media and a high supply of 'easy' foreigners has changed the game; it's not so much in our favor now. My partner and I are 7 years and going strong. This wasn't the case initially, and setting firm boundaries was necessary, especially with spending. If she pushes too hard, you might have to show her the door. Weak guys wont do well with a Filipina. One of the most important boundaries is setting some rules regarding the phone. To be looking at your phone all the time, even when your mate is trying to communicate with you is disrespectful. If you agree to not use the phone in the bedroom, it can greatly enhance your sex life as well. It's a challenge with a Filipina, since most are phone addicted. Another thing, and I know it's a sensitive subject is intimate relations. If you're married to a much younger gal and your equipment is not working, she is essentially a caretaker or maid. Sure, you might have affection for one another, but it not the same. Lastly, there is the matter of kids. Do you REALLY want to take care of children from another man, or just doing it because you feel you don't have other options when it comes to getting a female here? My partner and I have a child together, but early on, I refused to pair with single mothers. This may sound selfish to some, but there are few advantages in it for an expat. If you really WANT more kids, have your own. It will create a much stronger bond between you and your mate. Best of luck gents.
Great post, and general rules for the road, thanks!
Everything he said is true.. I might add that the jelousy is crazy.. hopefully, she's not an ovrthinker as well..
Men always appreciate the truth
@@kennethedwards1677 when I met my wife on line I had certain things tat was a deal breaker. I asked her at 40 had she ever been married, if she had kids, if she wanted kids. She told me no on all. I told her she was perfect. 4 days later I was coming to see here. In less than a month Landed here. We have been married over a years and best thing I have ever Don. I have been approved for my 13A and will never go back to USA. My life is here and loving every minute of it
It’s not “easy” foreigners shifting opinions, Filipinas are learning the hard way that the transactional relationships to old men is not a tenable long term strategy. More of us young guys are coming to se Asia with high paying tech jobs, our youth, not married before which is something important to the Catholics. There is no competing with that. Filipinas hear and read comments from older guys saying they won’t pair with a single mom meanwhile they don’t mind leaving one behind. Less of them are willing to settle and they don’t need to anymore. 😅
Your correct on all counts because I had a relationship with a lady from the Philipines who worked in Singapore..
I had a problem with this jealousy and clinging. It was much too much.
Relationship finished.
When i went to visit the Philippines years ago..i met a young lady, and that relationship was encouraged by my friends and her family. Luckily, i realized that I felt more alone with her than i ever felt being single. Her whole family got their cavities filled by my generosity, but luckily
I escaped :)
Those PH ladies are attractive and feminine just make sure you won't be expected to fund the lifestyle of her large extended family ?

Paul, I absolutely love the clingy Filipina. It is so different than in Vegas. I cannot wait to get back to her and finally permanently. As far as sex drive that is why I wanted a Filipina that was only 20 or so years younger than I and right now that is the optimum age gap for me. Enjoyed our talk and meeting Mae and introducing my unicorn to you both. Best of health and Luck to you both!
Very good points, Great video!!

Excellent video and great topic. Baby Mae has come a long way. How is the house coming along?
Thanks Paul. First saw you as a guest on Vagabond Awake. You’re very informative!
great video Paul, I am married to a Filipina, and I know all about Filipino time. we are in the United States right now but when we move back to the Philippines I am not sure I can deal with that, I am never late, I respect other people's time and I think it's a form of disrespect making people wait or not showing up at all, if We are meeting up with someone and they're very late it will be the last time we are meeting with them.
Strength, Brother 😂
Be careful your attractive feminine lady doesn't become infected with entitled western feminism.
Paul, thanks for sharing you perspectives and experience in the PI.
I had recent experience with one of the lovely filipina's about 2 months ago. Spent 2 months their and then spent about 4 weeks with her and she was so much fun and lovely. i was honest and transparent with her. i told her i am not sure if the philipines is for me and i was visiting to see if it fits. As it turned out i decided to return to Australia and maybe return in Jan for 6 months. Anyway i flew home and decided i could not do the LDR thing. But am i glad i called it off because the true person showed herself. She is a single mom and age of 42 and enjoyed the company but not for me and now i am glad i called it off.
Single moms are a big red flag in the main.

Another great video. I will just comment, years ago, I had a very active older friend who was 90 yrs old. And he was active with his on again, off again girlfriend who was 50.
My uncle is 81 and active, so based on those two as examples, I would say that you still have a lot of years left to keep Baby Mae happy.
But it was good that you brought up the topic!
My Filipina wife asked to see my phone for the first time in 3 years because I told her my ex wife contacted me after many years of silence. Later, I thought to myself, I am so glad i wasn't too curious of my ex situation. I was shocked that she wanted to see my phone. I am happy I had nothing to hide.

Paul. its Always so nice seeing you two together..Happy and blessed that you have each other in your lives. (:
This is so true, but they do have their reasons. Many of the Filipinas that are with foreign men were with Filipino men or a man beforehand, and the Spanish blood shines through with the mastizo thing of having multiple women. These women have already been jaded, and it usually is the other women that go after her man. It's like the sari sari store mentality that if your neighbor has a successful store, you will see two or three show up on the same street. Jealousy goes beyond relationships and and they will actually try to sabotage each other just to find happiness and prosperity. That is why Filipinas act the way they do, and it's almost a cultural thing as part of survival.
@@gailmaplesden7380 it’s the old crab mentality.

Superb video Paul! You're the man when it comes to being aware with a "Boots-on-the-Ground" mentality! Of course, we all have to learn to watch out for many things, but these topics are important! I like it when you and Baby Mae do videos together, then get input from your amazing wife! Trust is a huge factor in any relationship, and this can catch many problems before they become unmanageable! Waiting for your next video full of wisdom! 😀 Congrats on 100K subscribers! Hey, how is the house build coming along?
Thanks for your honest guys. Best wishes.
Paul, I appreciate your candor. On your last topic, I have been dealing with a very similar situation for a number of years now. I was injured and lost over 50% of my abilities. The little blue pills are not an option due to my blood pressure, but out of respect for my lady I did a ton of research and discovered there are many options for me to be able to please my lady, even sometimes to the point where she claims, that was the best ever. I'd be happy to share more and details if you can offer a private means of communication. I just live by the old saying, "if there's a will, there's a way."
It's the potential to lose the financial support that is it's source. And that concern ends up becoming a prophecy.

I’ve already been told by my Filipina that jealousy is her number one concern. Every time we go shopping she is always holding my hand. The only time she isn’t is when she’s looking for something “she” needs. Not me. But as women do, they always find an angle to get my attention when they know she’s not aware. Paul and Mae, thank you so much for the great insightful truths of some of the different things you will have to learn and deal with, with the relationship with a Filipina. I do look forward to my trip, and love to that lovely little area you all live, and I am well aware of many of them already. One of the great things about the LDR relationship I have is the Lady is very intelligent, and she had a marriage with a foreigner before, and she is much older than the average Filipina that us expats meet. We talk in length about how we can navigate through life and I believe you are spot on with the things that will be different. You and others have always preached patience there, and I have had to learn that here in the US already, and it pays off, with more people dealing with me, instead of being rude and obnoxious. I expect to be there by fall of 2025, and I don’t see that changing.😊

Gold that's a nice way to be appreciatedl. 🎉
Gets irritating over time. Jealousy is a wasted emotion.
Hi Paul, nice video but when it comes to relationships I always ask 1 question = How many Rich filipina girls will marry a Poor expat ?
Zero
Exactly
Well-off, high-end Filipinas won't give the time of day to a poor old white codger, only lowly backwoods bimbos. But bless their lil souls, they give the old Joes a new lease of life while leeching them.
Not one but we knew that already.☹️
Wild he have married Mae had she been ugly ?
Jealousy or fear to loose financial security???
Both. With Filipino husbands, rich or poor, they directly confront the suspect ladies. So it's not what you think as they're just after the security. Culturally, they're after their men first and foremost.
Wallet jealousy
