This is god's work! But (there is always a but) there is no "best" grip car. Due to variety of tracks in this game, the best car for a track will not always be the best car on the list. Take the most cursed track (ofc I forgor the name, but it still haunts my dreams) that is basically a series of very short straights and tight, almost 180 degree corners. You can have fully upgraded MacLaren F1, and get your butt handed to you by a barely tuned corolla, because it is more suited for that particular track. Still, appreciate the effort!

If I'm not mistaken, the reason the F1 and CCX are both so astonishingly overpowered in Grip and Speed Challenges has to do with their drag values not being coded properly? It would explain why the gap between them and the 3rd quickest Grip car (the Zonda) is so large, and why it feels like driving them is like playing the game on fast forward (while still maintaining control). EDIT: Supposedly the F1 and CCX were both designed differently from other vehicles, more noticeable if one pulls up their performance values in OGVI or Vlt-Ed. For example, comparing GEAR_EFFICIENCY values to other cars. I'll need to check more of this stuff out in-depth, since it would explain why those two cars are so much faster than anything else.
Your list is actually quite spot on Personally for most Grip Races I use the Porsche 911 Turbo as the main car and the Subaru Impreza WRX STI as the back-up car, without a doubt using this combination helps a lot, I mostly use the Porsche for tracks that have mostly medium to high speed corners with not much slow and technical track, while the Subaru is for tracks where the majority of the corners are slow and technical one's. Although for some tracks I use different combinations, for instance for the Texas Speedway I kept the Porsche as the main car while switching to either the Murcielago or the Zonda for the Ovals. As for the tracks where there are a lot of slow and technical corners like Mondello and Ebisu I use the Impreza as the main car, and for the back-up cars I normally use either the Golf R32 or the 240sx although I must say you can also use the 350Z, RX7 and RX8 for that too depending on the tracks of course.
I knew it that impreza would be a higher rank! Before I knew that 911 turbo and zonda are op, I often end this game with my impreza as my grip car. I knew it that it has something special about it!

4th stage parts and manual+clutch auto and manual shifting loses some of the power every time you shift shifting with manual+clutch is harder, but you get the full power

@@diegosantos8324 Yeah the game calculates scores based on your target time which it estimates based on your cars stats. Cars with low power get much slower target times than faster ones. And thats how the Corolla becomes the best car for points farming on Speed Challenges
I never had access to the special cars on PS3 as the code was long expired by the time I could Play it. So it was always Evo 10, Skyline, or Supra for me. I never knew there were cars here that were absolute MONSTERS like the RX8 for grip! Although I'd built several T-4 cars that were just absolutely uncontrollably impossible to drive to due how fast they were like a max level Pagani or Skyline. This game will forever be AWESOME!!!!

I will say this, there are practically no bad cars in NFS Prostreet, the settings of the gear ratios, as well as the suspension, steering and ground clearance have a very strong influence on them. Therefore, choose what you like most, tune it to the maximum and fine-tune it carefully, perhaps in a free practice race. I went through the entire game in several identical looking tuned 1967 Camaro SS for grip, drag, drift, high-speed racing, and even beat Ryo without any problems. The only problem was with high-speed races and slowing down high gears, but I didn’t really understand this setting, and turned on the nitro at the right moments on the track. Although if you configure the build more carefully, I think you can figure it out.
how can you drive so smoothly? I feel like driving a boat with my gamepad, the starter 240sx will often start with understeering then become oversteering if I steer harder,then the car spin or crash on the wall 😅
Ive straight up been using the gtr proto to win the hardest grip races in the game... So either im just better at the game than i thought or you mis-tested it or something 🤷♂️

And also you can't deny that it so much depend on luck of every run, i mean not all of those lap time were the best. I was can make 1:22 with my Evo X at Auto transmission... Bcs im playing in my Ps2 console... But it has a level 4 tires and other performance is just level 3. I'm pushing so hard ... But i dont know why my evo x so much Understeer
@@diegosantos8324 In the game, Supra simply does not have a hook in grip events, because of this, it grinds in both first and second gear. Tires and pressure changes in them just don't help. The suspension is the same. The only thing that can partially improve the situation is to extend the first and second gears as much as possible. Because of this, the passage of narrow trails, like Mondello Park, becomes terribly unpleasant. Although I managed to drive the Mondello in 50.80 seconds (max. difficulty with disabled assistants).

More specifically, the F1 has inflated TORQUE_SLIP_SLOPE, which acts as a power/longitudinal grip multiplier...

Yeah the Eclipse surprisingly gives big amounts of score, I think this may be the reason why its the meta in Prostreet Speedrunning.

I was can make 1:22 with my Evo X at Auto transmission... Bcs im playing in my Ps2 console... But it has a level 4 tires and other performance is just level 3. I'm pushing so hard ... But i dont know why my evo x so much Understeer

The Supra is low because it tends to kick its back end out too much on turns due to its power…..but it’s definitely the best drag car in the game
@@diegosantos8324 In the game, Supra simply does not have a hook in grip events, because of this, it grinds in both first and second gear. Tires and pressure changes in them just don't help. The suspension is the same. The only thing that can partially improve the situation is to extend the first and second gears as much as possible.
Because of this, the passage of narrow trails, like Mondello Park, becomes terribly unpleasant. Although I managed to drive the Mondello in 50.80 seconds (max. difficulty with disabled assistants).
Next time I would like to beat carrer in bad cars (According to this video), but with cars I really like, it looks and history.

It's mainly because the Veyron can't be tuned. But while the Seat isn't the most powerful, it has amazing handling characteristics.
