I’ve only had great experiences with Trello but haven’t used it in a while. I remember that we had to switch to something more powerful as our team grew so I’m not exactly sure. All these task managers are honestly very similar. It just takes so long to set-up and then to move to another solution that its worth spending time to choose well, whichever one you decide on just know that you’ll be there for the years to come 😉 Sorry I couldn’t help more!

You seem to know a lot about zapier and its capabilities - I’d be more interested in a full on basic tutorial on Zapier & all its possible use cases. Im huge into productivity, as I assume you and most of your subscribers are too, so my main focus when watching youtube videos like yours is to get inspiration and learn. I get some inspiration/ideas from your videos, but if I want to learn the basics - I have to go elsewhere. But from my understanding your channel isnt meant to be step-by-step tutorials, so keep doing your thing. Just giving my input to try to help you with ideas given from someone Id assume in your target audience. Basically, love what Ive seen from your channel, but would love for you to either spend more time explaining the specifics to the basics (if that makes sense) and broader and various use-cases
