Currently $40 on Amazon with Capitol One. I just ordered one for my S106 J.D. Thanks for showing this to us. Very nice video and I like the colorful language.
Hope you enjoy it! Cheers 🍻
I just bought one this year for my D110. They haven't exactly fixed the problem with the arms, but at least now the holes are slotted which helps a little with the alignment. None of the kits I've seen online are exact fits. Mine didn't line up perfectly, but nothing a big vise and a 5 lb sledge hammer couldn't fix. 😁 Minor angle adjustment to the ends of the arms. Got them close enough to work. I'm only hauling a lightly loaded 1000 lbs capacity trailer around the yard, anyway. Good enough.
Great video and thanks for the tips. I've been wondering how the heck I'm going to be able to install one of those hitches on a Husqvarna TS354XD with no room between the frame and transmission. After watching you use long needle-nose pliers to fish the bolts up to the holes I ordered a hitch... Hopefully I won't have too much difficulty with it. Thanks again.
Awesome hitch! Just ordered one on Amazon thanks for the video!
Cheers 🍻
Great informative video with good options!
Thanks for the video, I have the same mower and the hitch will be showing up tomorrow. You got all of the bugs worked out on your install which will help me. I'm thinking that I'll mount a ATV Hitch Adapter instead of a ball on top and add a HAUL-MASTER Freight ATV cargo carrier to carry a chain saw and some tools.
That's a great idea to add a cargo carrier.
Cheers 🍻.
So you have to remove the hitch to put the bagger on? That hitch is using the bagger bracket holes.
I do not have a bagger for this tractor so I can't really say. But I have seen many bagger set ups that use the factory tongue as a mount so I can at least picture it in my mind. Some slight modification would be necessary to both the bagger mount and the hitch shown in this video. I do not believe the modifications required would be difficult, but if I'm picturing it correctly, they would be necessary mods to use both simultaneously. This is a universal hitch set up and it's real heavy duty, so you can weld to it just about anything you like.
Cheers 🍻.
Did you ever consider reversing those brackets and checking the angles. Looks like they are different.
Oh yes, I tried to fit them every which way, both sets in fact. Only these arms in exactly this orientation fit this specific tractor. It is a universal hitch kit though, so these arms may fit a different tractor in reverse orientation. If I was to build this myself, the only thing I might have done differently is to mount these upper arm to the side of the chassis running parallel to the rear wheels. But I seriously doubt it would make any positive difference.
This is one hell of a kit and worth every penny.... By the time you get enough traction to apply enough force to even begin questioning the structural integrity of this hitch, you would have long since already exploded your rear trans-axle. It's a very heavy duty set up.
Cheers 🍻.

I would have some one make a stronger mounting plate I could put in place of that thin sheet metal stuff they have on the mower before I mounted a hitch to it.
It's a whole lot stronger than it looks! You'll break the transmission long before you begin to tear this metal. The hitch itself is already extreme overkill, but that's why I like it so much 😁...... Dollars for doughnuts this thing is hard to beat.
Cheers 🍻
The crappy little transaxle on JD 100 series will give out rapidly if you tow much. You really need something like a 570 or higher to handle stress like that.
Yeah I know he ain't the toughest kid on the block, but I did show what I'm pulling with it. And too, it's pretty dead flat around here. Now that I've recently switched to gas for heat, I don't need that trailer anymore, or the hitch for that matter. But it will serve now as one hell of a tongue protector for when I tow my yard cart/wagon.
Cheers 🍻.
@@Finite-Tuning Great response. My x300 just crapped out. It was my first tractor and I did not appreciate how hilly my yard was when I bought it and naively thought a $3500 machine should be up to the task. My 570 is on order and will arrive in two weeks. Happy riding and peace be with you.

Cheers Donald 🍻.
Its been a year now, I hope you are fine you were doing a lot of struggling on the Video.
It's all good here thanks for asking. How are you doing?
Cheers 🍻.
Nice FUCKING hitch
Do you know how far apart the outer holes are ?
I do not. But I have been and I'm still very happy with this purchase.
The hardware seems overkill compared to what your fixing it too . I think I could fabricate something a bit lighter.
Where get that setup

I am sure the video as good, but I could not stand the cursing that was consistent throughout what I saw.
I have the same 1st Amendment that you have and I ain't afraid to use mine, on my channel, my way! Also, I very literally spelled this out in my 'about me' page on my channel which has very clearly said so ever since I began making videos. To each their own, of coarse! But I fail to see how telling me about your distaste for my use of my 1st amendment would change anything. I am seriously curious what you hoped to achieve with your comment.? Cheers regardless 🍻
Probably has a very narrow vocab, so knows no other words to get his point across. I had to shut sound off .
