Danzig for Lithuania makes more sense to me than Danzig for Slovakia. One of the main reasons that Poland wouldn’t give up the Polish corridor was because they’d lose their sea access and it’d be harder to import/export.

The non aligned Reichskommissariat mod and puppet leaders are one of my favorites since it allows for more cosmetic/roleplay options, it's nice when you have puppets that make sense, and with some screenshots from BBA, it seems you'll be able to make a army occupation in peace deals

There was a mod called ‘Adjusted Ideology Colors’ which changed the ideology colors to be more pleasing (at least in my opinions), but it was removed for some reason. You can form many from the Soviets, Africa, America, etc. These are a few of my favorite mods.

Not a mod from the workshop, but a couple weeks ago I wanted to make an Independent California mod in memory of a certain minecraft youtuber who died back then. That youtuber was Technoblade, and I ended up planning out the entire focus tree together with lore and descriptions, but ended up scratching it due to 0 programming and modding experience on my part. Lore: in this alternative reality, USA hatches a scheme to have California become independent, annex Baja California from Mexico and rejoin the Union with this new territory, but during that operation in 1936 a man from the future appear somewhere in it's territory and starts making plans of his own, using his knowledge of history both recent and ancient, as well as supernatural power of influencing people with radio waves, to... do whatever he wants. I've just been thinking of trying to find some modder willing to make it into reality.
I had an Idea for a mod but not the knowledge nor the equipment to make it. It just fixes the flags for the Raj, Malaya and the East Indies by making custom colonial flags, at least for the major powers. Because its just weird to see the French Raj with the British Flag.

I started a "What if the British Empire was mustache-twirling evil" meme mod where you make the king God Emperor and also have wargoals on literally every country in the world (usually multiple goals in one focus for a region), even if countries are released, and also meme evil focuses, but as I worked on it I noticed it started becoming more grey. Dark grey, but grey. So idk if I am finishing it or not since my drive is gone.

Maybe you could checkout Der Gefallene Adler, which is a What if Schmitler didn't sign off on Operation Hummingbird scenario (which was the purging of the Nazi party after Schmitler took power). The only downside is that this mod is very bare bones, since it was made in a week for a mod jam
I think Paradox should do something similar to the collaborational governments for democracies. However I think for the “historical precedent” instead of balkanising French Africa, they should be able to release the actual colonies, like French West Africa, French Morocco, and French Madagascar. This would probably be locked behind a focus or just the AI wouldn’t be allowed to do it.

All of the mods are great and I just realized that you can't have democratic collaboration governments, as they only have provisional governments.
