If ice T’s character was played by another actor new jack city for me would have been potentially the best gangster movie of all time. Wesley needed an actor of his calibre to match him like dinero and Pacino in heat. So I’d choose juice because it’s a more well rounded solid movie.

NJC was more refined as a movie, had dope scenes and dope ass punch lines and music, but it was more a “MOVIE” ….. JUICE was more NYC LIFE for us in the early 90’s… cutting class to chill with the homies chilling with your DJ friend, chasing shorties, getting chased by the cops, even doing little stick ups and having beef with the other local cats…. THAT WAS NYC LIFE… it really showed how a wild dude can flip on a homie at any given time and make it look like nothing… I HAVE TO SAY JUICE WAS LEGENDARY
