As a current EcoFlow user, I wouldn’t dream of purchasing anything else from your company until you address your customer support situation. You’ve got the technology side down, now invest a little in customer support. I’d advise any potential purchaser to do their homework on this side of the business. A warranty is of no value without customer support.
What happend?
Can you explain what happened? I also want to buy their 3kw system. I want to stick with a company that treats their customers well.
Hi there, let me know if you need any help with your units.
@EcoFlowTech Hi EcofFlow team I have a few products from you and I enjoy using them every single day they are quite brilliant. Just a follow up comment/question here to an earlier response is EcoFlow making any efforts to step up the quality of their customer service as it's really the only area you can improve?
Many thanks, Tom.
Ecoflow is terrible company.
They finally did it, You guys keep up with a good work
It's surprisingly compact for 6kWh battery capacity and 7.2kW power output!
Also looks like a super capable unit as well, absolutely vindicates everything else in the "competition", especially with that 450V DC input!
Yeh but considering that $300 coupon gives you $1500 off... I'm assuming it's gonna be like $5000 bare minium probably more like 7 - 10k
@@EtheomaI'm in the market for something like this, do you know of any direct competition that can do everything this does? Genuinely curious as in tempted to pull the trigger.
@@Hextavo Erm there was this other one which was basically a house battery as well can't remember the name, because personally if I am going for 6kWh of capacity I'm gonna go DIY, or for someone to do an instellation.
The 2kWh ones I get and the smaller ones to, but this is just kinda silly at this point.
@@Etheoma hmm I guess, I like the idea that I could run my well pump and small appliances off it. Have it as a manual backup, that I could hump into my racetrack trailer.. it does seem to have versatility there, that a DIY home batt wouldn't have. Couples with 1kw solar array and a spare battery it could be quite a nice backup.
@@Hextavo Dude you can make a "portable" 10.2kWh 9.6kW system that you can attach to a hand truck with 2x 5.12kW server rack batteries a 12kW inverter/MPPT solar charger/AC battery charger combination unit.
And that would be like $3900 - $4400, but it has more capacity and as said this is honestly gonna be like $7,000 - $10,000 so that is a big saving.
Oh an the reason it's limited to 9.6kW is because your limited to pulling 100A on most server rack batteries so 2x100A 48V is 9600W, like when your batteries up up at 56 - 58V that will improve to 11.2kW - 11.6kW, but I would just call it 9600W and you can set an amperege limit in your inverter, and the reason I am not just choosing a 10kW inverter is because they don't exist as far as I am aware.
Also it gives you the option of having other cells you can attach to it when you don't need it to be protable, although you will need to level the voltage before attaching any other batteries.
Love my delta 2. Keep up the good work.
DAMM Echoflow...... Y'all did it again. Excellent product..... To sum it all up with one word " WOW "
As always EcoFlow, you rock!
Looks AWESOME!! Great video guys!
Glad you liked it!!
Finally, 90 deg battery cables that do not require any space.👍
Offline and online monitoring with history will be in the app?
Yes sir! Your comments didn't go unnoticed.
about app, can't tell you just yet.
@@EcoFlowTech It would be good to replace the 90 deg cables on other Delta power stations.
Then put them on sale as accessories for those who would like to replace them on their older Delta power stations. That would be great too.
@@tiborchren agree in 100%, stock cables between delta max and extra batteries are nonsense, it waste place and very uncomfortable in use
EF is a sick company 😁 DPU looks awesome! all sockets and expansions so good designed. 4g modem option is great idea as well.
Cant wait!!! This is the one I have been waiting for to backup my 240v (well pump) at my lake house…
Wow! This looks amazing! Problem is, I just got the Delta Pro and extra battery delivered two days ago. Using in my motor home, but, was thinking of using in my shop/garage when not travelling. The 30amp outlet, along with the 240v outlet, right on the front of this unit would be perrrfectamundo!! The increased solar input availability is just what the doctor ordered. (Crying in my milk)
Gonna be stoked to see Will Prowse go over this (and David Poz, and Lithium Solar)
This is very nice, now you need to make the same style battery cords for the Deltas and the OG Delta Pro
I was excited to get my Delta Pro last week. I charged it and put a 22 watt load on it overnight. It failed with codes 001, 077, and the battery failure icon, and won't boot up. I've shipped it back for a refund. It took customer service 3 & 1/2 days to respond to the issue. Cloud Energy offers this same form factor as the ultra, this is not new. I think I'm, going pay more for Victron and get the reliability. Maybe I just had bad luck with Eco Flow? But I need better assurance that when the grid fails, the system will work!
Understandable. I previously bought Lion energy 2.9 kw system supposedly with 4000w output. It wouldn't even run a 8000 btu stand up A/C machine. Returned it and got the Delta Pro and it works flawlessly. You're going to have some failure rate with electronics, it's how the dompany supports you that makes the difference
Such an amazing unit. I'm on board and took advantage of the $300 payment now to receive the $1500 off when it's released in 2024. TYEF
Great product, outstanding review. Now if you can come up with a 15A plug and play smart plug or socket which you can plug the battery into to run circuit in your house, which automatically disconnect when the grid goes out. That smart plug will definitely cut the costly process of installing a transfer switch. This is valid because in summer, energy prices skyrocket and if you can internally run your battery during hot days and charge it at night when prices are down, is a game changer.
this just made so many ideas possible
Glad to hear and this is what we strive for👍
looks beautiful. Wish my pockets were deep enough to splurge for it, but...who knows. I'll add it to my wishlist
Well I believe I found my tesla powerwall replacement. Thanks ecoflow for awesome products! I have a delta pro and love it!
Great to hear!
This looks pretty slick!
Whoa, Game changer right here, I own the EcoFlow Delta 2 1024 Wh, and I am happy and proud I picked this company to later on expand and upgrade.
Thanks that means a lot to us
I can see that form factor working very well in RV/Van/Overland/Boat builds. Price tag is gonna be the kicker.
Any idea on pricing. It’s not mentioned on the site
@@kiohahait seems to be. they say get a launch deal for $300 you'll get a coupon to get a deal for $4***.. so I'd say $5300 + taxes and shipping.. I'd say $6k for the base pack is my guess. Sorta tempting for what this could do.
The Delta Pro Ultra is $5,799. With the pre-purchase coupon discount of $1,500, it is $4,299. So, if you spend the $300 for the coupon, your all-in price for the Delta Pro Ultra is $4,599+tax.@@kiohaha
Super EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra 👍
I’ve been waiting for you to provide a stand-alone 240v generator can’t wait to purchase
Grab the chance now😀
Finally 450 volt mc4 input. ❤ Yessss!
What conflicting emotions watching this. On one hand, SO pumped that EcoFlow is continues to SMOKE the competition (former GZ user here) and on the other, super bummed that this didn't come out last year when I was doing my 10KwH DIY system. It would have saved me a TON of time. :P
GZ must be in deep shock
@@fachman SMH
I think you still have a hell of a system and you are already enjoying for a year. There will allways be a newer system to buy.
@@HansKeesom Sooo much truth to your statement. Once you get the off grid fever it never really leaves. Plus, I need to stop buying stuff, so that I can at least get some ROI back. :P
The same with all electronics.
Great 👍 Eco flow delta pro ultra
Any plans for wind generation? Or even increasing the allowable amperage for solar input? All of these are 15 amp max. Which is difficult if you want to do a parallel circuit for solar panels.
Hi, yes the ultra has plug for wind turbine. Make sure it is within the PV input of Delta Pro Ultra.
@@EcoFlowTech you guys sell wind turbines??? Or have a recommended wind turbine?
With an original Smart Home Panel and one Delta Pro and one Delta Pro Extra Battery already in service (for a small house partial battery backup, partial load shifting to off-peak, and a partial solar system with a small array) what is the intended way to add this new Delta Pro Ultra into the system? I have a second Delta Pro and Extra Battery just arrived still unopened in the boxes which can be returned. Roughly 14 kWh is sufficient for this system. What does EcoFlow have in mind for someone to integrate the new Ultra with an existing Delta Pro-based system (I assume this has been considered and designed for)?
Hi there! You can get a smart home panel 2 and a double voltage hub (which allows you to chain two Delta Pros to the panel). To make it to 14 kWh, you can chain the Delta Pro Ultra to the smart home panel 2 as well. Here is the link of the double voltage hub👉us.ecoflow.com/products/double-voltage-hub-ecoflow-delta-pro?variant=39428708008009
The EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra is basically a All-In-One inverter to which only EcoFlow batteries can be connected.
I guess it won't connect to the Solar Assistant app like the other All-In-One inverters, but hopefully there will finally be in app monitoring with history - Online + Offline too.
When will it be available 240V version for Europe?
Looks a brilliant design and build 👍🏼. Will this be coming too the UK ?
Have fitted a power kit in our garage really smart system that too, thanks Sam.
Cheers! We are still doing market research. Stay tuned!
i love the product...and the guy
😂😂😂thanks! I will let him know for sure
I have 1 inverter and two batteries. Upon unboxing can I safely connect the 33 pieces together? Then what do I do? Plug in charging wire maybe?
I currently have 2 delta pro’s connected to my house for a essential circuit panel..right now my lines are pretty unbalanced..to address this I flip infinity port lines half way thru discharge..will this unit handle this better so I don’t have to physically do this? Can’t wait to learn more!
yep, cross battery and cross inverter balancing has been improved on Delta Pro Ultra.
Can the Delta Pro Ultra batteries/inverter be integrated into the Delta pro platform in any way to go beyond the Delta pro 21 kwh limit? If not, are there plans to offer Delta pro owners expansion on solar input and battery capacity? As a Delta pro + SHP + smart battery owner, 150 volts for solar input and 21 kwh is just too little for my needs.
What's your current setup? Let me try to suggest the most reasonable solution for you
I'm curious about the "Super Silent" part, as the Delta Pro is not very Silent when it pulls in 1400W of Solar input. Are you able to give us some info on the noise level when using the Low-PV Input (CP30) vs the High-PV Input (MC4). Many thanks.
Hi there, our test shows that in both low and high PV modes, the noise level is about 30db.
30db at what range? Right next to it?
Will it be possible to monitor history data on Ultra? This is not available on Pro, like consumption/production daily/weekly/monthly?
Hi there! That's a good question and the answer is yes for Ultra.
Great video!!
Great edit Max😊
So does the 240v plug work automatically without any extra connections or multiple devices, etc? Can I plug my dryer directly into this unit? Is the battery required or just additional storage from the main unit?
No extra connectors needed, just plug and play. The battery is needed for the inverter as it decides how much capacity you have and help store the power.
is the charging port fixed from the XT one that keeps breaking off inside the case on the current Delta Pro?
Hi it is not fixed but we make it much stronger in Ultra.
Have invested 1 dp + 2smart eb + smart home panel. Does dpu smart eb or the inverter +eb backward compatible to connect to smart home panel gen 1?
you can still use Delta Pros and extra batteries, but you'd need a Smart Home Panel 2 of you want to mix use Pros and Ultras.
is the inverter necessary to run the battery? this might be useful for the fridge or wave 2 ac without the added 100lb inverter.
Hi yes the inverter is necessary.
Starting to look into home battery systems and solar systems. So forgive me if I’m not very well informed. If I wanted to use these as solar batteries and hook solar panels for everyday use. Could I do that?
Hi there! Sure thing, one inverter of Delta Pro Ultra can support 5.6kW solar input.
The Delta2 and the PowerStream have "Scheduled Tasks" integrated. Which is lacking on the DeltaPro and the PowerKit products. Is this available in the DeltaProUltra ?
Yes it is available for Ultra.
Hello, I wanted to know if with a delta, if it is recharging via a fixed solar panel, I can also recharge it with the cigarette lighter socket of a car at the same time?
Hi which Delta product you are referring to? It doesn't support simultaneous charging with just one XT60 port; and it doesn't support AC+ DC charging at the same time, it can only be either of the ways.
Interested if we can connect our existing ecoflow hardware like the dual-fuel generator and 3600W delta pro batteries.
Otherwise might be too panful to switch. Super cool looking either way!
Same question here. Wonder if existing smart home panel is compatible or delta pro batteries
your existing EcoFlow gear (particularly Delta Pros and Dual Fuel Generator ) can work together with Delta Pro Ultra Feeding Smart Home Panel 2. There are some details going into this, but in one sentence i can say that it works with previous gen Delta Pro Ecosystem. To get more details you are more than welcome to start a topic in our Delta owners group on facebook.
Solar panals disconnect for wrench
Delta Pro Ultra won't work with Smart Home Panel 1, but new Smart Home Panel 2 would work with previous gen Delta Pros. Confused yet?
you got it!
Looking for more information about the smart home panel. Are two delta pro ultras required for 240 split phase (United States residential standard) ??
Hi one Delta Pro Ultra is able to output 240v. We will continue to release more videos on the ultra and the smart home panel 2.🙌
@@EcoFlowTech I'm interested in more information about the Smart Home Panel 2 (SHP2). 👍
Interested to see more ultra designs in the other Delta products making it easier to hide tug away under a chair or a bed in a camper.
Received! Thanks for the feedback👍
Looks awesome! Can you please do a preorder campaign for Europe also?
We are still doing market research in Europe. Will announce it in our channel once it is ready!
Does the 4xxx price include inverter and one battery pack?
I understand this does 5.6kwh of solar charging, but I'm confused about how the AC and DC charging work together. If it doesn't get enough solar during the day, can AC power at night top it off to 100 percent?
Hi there, when the total charging power is set, the solar power is prioritized for maximum power charging and AC power will supplement.
Words cannot express how much I want to unbox, then review this product. I’d seriously love to have this power station.
Question...can this be used inside of the house or is this for outside usage? Also why isn't a firmware updated before products are sent out? I am new about these machine and I don't need to waste money!
Hi yes, it can be used inside your house or carry it for outdoor usage. Do you mean you need to update your unit's firmware but don't know how to do?
Very good product at first glance. Can two or more 90kwh arrays operate together, say for a 180 kwh pack configuration?
Cheers! 90kWh is the maximum that the smart home panel 2 can support.
Of course! Right after I buy 2 Delta Pros and extra batteries and the generators. LOL. Got an update program? Look like a solid system.
Absolutely, we will be releasing videos regarding the specs, unit teardown, and more. Remember to subscribe to stay in the loop
This is not here yet and there is no price. You made a good choice if it works for you. It is ok to not have the latest and experiment.
Can you charge the ecoflow ultra from an electric vehicle like a Rivian or F-150 or any car with a 240V outlet?
Hi there, if both of them have 240V/4-prong split phase output, you can use EcoFlow AC generator charging adapter (5+8 to L14-30P generator adapter cord), along with L14-30R to L14-30P extension cord.

I was about to pull the trigger on a Smart Panel 1, but then realized my A/C circuit breaker is a 35amp. Smart Panel 1 maximum circuit is 30amp. Will the Panel 2 allow higher?
Hi, smart home panel 2 can support up to 60A!
Big question: for 240 V output do you need more than one inverter?
Hi! One Delta Pro Ultra inverter can do 240V👍
What about the smart home panel 2? How does the off grid/on grid work?
Hi! Smart home panel 2 can work normally off grid. It can not be connected to the grid.
Does one inverter do 240 volts? Or is it like the older delta pro that requires two units connected together to accomplish 240.
Hi yes one ultra can do both 120&240v output.
@EcoFlowTech, Excellent!
Will the Smart Panel 2 be sold in Canada? The original panel has never available on the Canadian store (I assume for legal/code reasons?)
Yes it will! Check out the web here👉www.ecoflow.com/ca/delta-pro-ultra
@@EcoFlowTechExcellent, thanks for the quick reply!
A short, neat cable to connect the battery to the main module? Is this really ecoflow? They usually make long cables that stick out ugly in all directions and are inserted into ports that are placed completely randomly on devices.
Yeah I officially confirm you that this is ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA🫡 And we do value our users' feedback.
COOOOOL! We want it too 😍!
1. What is the standby power consumption?
2. It would be nice to have a vent cover[air filter] for a dusty garage.
3. What are the DC and AC power usage efficiencies?
4. Would like to see electric vehicle charging
5. Would like to see electric dryer application
6. Would like to see a real off-grid cabin/ADU application - electrical panel application that can be adopted by DIYer
7. Would like to know what electrical safety features are included - temperature, breakers, notifications
Seems very well designed and easy to plug-n-play.

Hi there, check out this specs sheet for details! 👉 bit.ly/3SMTfDF
When will these be available ? Will they be available in UK and EU in 220~240vlt?
How much are they expecting to sell for?
We are still doing market research in Europe, will announce it in our RUclips community once it is ready! 🙌
Im curious to know how does it cool the battery if they are 2 separately unit? 🤔
it shows that the fans and cooling systems are the top unit, and the battery is the bottom unit.
Hi there, good question! Usually the battery pack will not generate a lot of heat in use. The heat mainly comes from the inverter.
Are there any backwards compatible features where one might use their Delta pro with this system?
Hi smart home panel 2 will support you to use pros and ultras in one system!
Could you tell me if this comes with the solar panel and if not, which of your solar panels work best with it? Will the 400w solar panel work?
Hi! Sorry but it does not include solar panels. With both low and high PV input ports, 400W solar panel is not a problem👍
Thank you for answering so quickly. Does the solar panel have to be your solar panel and if so, are they available for sale right now? Same question for the home panel. Thank you! @@EcoFlowTech
I'm sorry, but with your early bird special, if I purchase more than one, does it only apply to the purchase of the units, or can they be used on the accessories, like the home panel 2 and the solar panels? @@EcoFlowTech
Europe release? 230v ac?
The only reason I would buy the ULTRA over the EchoPro Deltal is the 5.6K Solar input.
-Most days I would NOT get 5.6K, but anything between 3K to 4.5K would be AWESOME and would let me run ANYTHING in my house during the DAY (Oven, Dryer, Heater, AC...etc)
This would also leave Watts Left over to charge the battery to FULL.
-AND, the 5.6K on very cloudy days could also give around 2K of watts to the Battery
Cloudy Days normally do not need to much AC, so this would also allow the Batteries to Charge to full
***12K of Batteries would be able to Charge all the way up on 90% of the days with 5.6K (or 2.5K to 4K) of Solar INPUT.
Could build any Excellent Battery System with the EcoFlow Delta Pro, but the most solar input would be 3.2K (1K to 2.5K on avg depending on the day).
-That is great, but depending on how many batteries, many times they will NOT fill all the way back up...depending on your Wattage Usage during the day.
You got it👍👍
At what power (kW) is it possible to charge the car? In Europe some home outlets provide 2 kW, some 3 kW, would it be possible to deliver somewhere near the limit of 7,2 kW?
The power station will deliver 7.2 kW in Europe as well.
7kw should be a regular speed of slow charge. But Delta Pro Ultra will be released in North America first. We will launch in Europe later
WOW...I better start saving for it. I'm sure it will be pricey!
haha how about our super early bird offer (buy $300, get $1,500)👉 bit.ly/3Qej64s
I like the overall functionality/look of this system. What is the cycles on the batteries? I assume 8000+ given all the new LFPs coming out with 8000+ cycles now? What will the price be per 6Kwh battery?
Hi, the life cycle of the battery is 3,500 cycles to over 80% capacity. The price is not announced yet, check out the web for more details👉www.ecoflow.com/us/delta-pro-ultra
@@EcoFlowTech 3500 cycles? Not trying to sound like an ass, but for 2023/2024 LFP batteries that seems quite low. I am curious how the DIY batteries seemingly are 4000 for older ones to 6000 for last years to now 8000 for the latest EVE Grade A cells. Are they all lying, or are there a surplus of older cells that are not updated to handle 6000+ cycles?
I own two Delta Pros, now I wish I had waited. I wonder if they take trade ins?
you can still use them together with Delta Pro Ultra. But if you're looking to replace your setup entirely, selling it at second hand market will get you more money back than any trade in program
No mechanical connection or some locking mechanism between the batteries and the inverter, just the weight of the units?
it just stacks on top of it. Of course there are trays that let it sit tight in there, and the 90 degree turn cables are helping to secure it too. but no other mechanical connections. Its very steady because of ho flat and heavy it is.

Yes sir, they can be used in mix via Smart Home Panel 2
I guess it's safe to assume that Ecoflow will be getting a lot of money out of me for the foreseeable future, and that's okay. I don't mind paying for quality products, and Ecoflow is leading the pack in their field. Although there is some stiff competition, too.
I only have a Delta 2 at the moment, but I couldn't be more satisfied, so I see much more Ecoflow equipment in my future.
I asked Amazon this question
Can this be used regularly to power my home ?
The DELTA Pro can provide reliable power for homes, though it's best suited for backup or off-grid use rather than regular primary power. Its large capacity and fast charging make it a versatile option for emergency power or camping, but homes typically require more continuous power than a single DELTA Pro can provide.
if you make a legacy version of this product needs to be able to connect to delta pro's and the smart battery I'd buy it - offer wise I'll keep my current setup - delta pro's and Max - with two EG4 3000EHV-48 Inverter for 450V PV array
Your current setup is very juicy too! Smart home panel 2 will work with Delta Pro, so you can mix use Pros and Ultras in the same ecosystem
How long would it take to charge 2 stacks of five? Also can a propane generator and solar connect at the same time? Has anyone tried guessing the Price?

Is possible connected the power stream with the delta pro ultra...because all the power station they have a limit with the pv (v,amp) can't put to much panel solar....special in the autumn or winter doesn't worth 10w from the 400w panel solar in the raining day..if you put 10 panel 100wh in 6h .is 600w-1kwh ..will be ok
Hi there, sorry but the Delta Pro Ultra can not be chained with the Power Stream. If you want intelligent control of your home energy and save on energy costs, smart home panel 2 is good to go with.
@@EcoFlowTechevery house cannot get a SHP2 installed... while the PowerStream is your current go-to supply for the smaller houses. It's a shame there is no XT150 output for the PowerStream.
When is this available in Europe, Germany specifically. Thanks.
We are still doing market research in Europe, will announce it in our RUclips community once it is ready! 🙌
Can we please get pricing on this unit? I see comments all over forums and RUclips where people are trying to figure out if they should put their purchases on hold for other systems. If the pricing was revealed and was reasonable I'm sure the hype would be way higher than it is now.
not announced yet... We will publish in RUclips Community section once the price is announced
@@EcoFlowTech it makes sense to not release pricing on announcement of thousands of dollars worth of equipment. This marketing is a pretty good reflection of ecoflow in general. People want to know legit details vs this hype pre-purchase crap you guys are doing with this coupon. Please consider releasing pricing/specs vs teaser videos and vague marketing.
@@SpencerPOsbornthey already released pricing as $4,xxx, which is a pretty narrow range. You'll probably need the coupon to receive that price. My guess is it will be $4,699 with the $300 coupon, making it $4,999 plus tax. I think they're releasing even more detailed pricing on Nov 16th.
@@peTeMelster that sounds good. However $4xxx pricing doesn’t tell me anything for separate/extra inverters, batteries, etc. is that 4xxx for one battery and one inverter and wheels stacked? Those are the things I wish I could know, along with cost of expansion down the road while waiting to look at other systems.
The $300 coupon purchase is for a "$1500 coupon" which could only be used between "Jan 9 and Feb 9 2024". Ok, so if the $4,XXX could be with the $1500 coupon in place. But trying to hype something, like this, does not place it under the Chirstmas tree for a family. Also not having it in the EcoFlow website as new future product is a huge company mistake. This should be under the whole house solutions and with a big promotion to the new potential solar panel input. Home solutions do not need to be portable, so this is a better thing than the pro-trans and linking 240v option. @@peTeMelster
