Personally, I need 32GB of Ram because right now, i have a really low end laptop that cant run any game and overheats the whole time, and once i purchase a mid-range laptop, i need it to be 32gb of ram so i cannot experience any lag anymore and assure that i got what i paid for. really good video.
Yo bro I have a question? I know ram doesn’t give performance but what about when I’m running my games on 90% and higher memory usage? I’ve been stuttering like crazy in those games too. So if I upgrade from 16gb to 32gb would that improve it?
Want to know if 16gb ram is enough for programming. I am confused to chose between 2 laptops. One is Asus vivobook pro 15 which has 16gb of ram (upgradeable to 40gb) and has a rtx 3050 with 1TB storage, The second laptop is a Dell XPS 13 9340 model which has 16gb of ram(not upgradeable) and 512gb storage . Both the laptop has a intel core ultra 7 155H processor. Can you please recommended which laptop I should buy. I am not interested in gaming or video editing. I am first year electrical and computer engineering student.
If you build new AM5 right now slap 64GB (2x32GB) on it...always! When you upgrade AM5 to 10800x3d in 3 years you only upgrade CPU and never have to worry about your RAM till the end of the platform lifecycle. It cost 100 $ more but you will use AM5 for 5+ years so the cost p.a. is laughable.
Ram for multitasking and being able to run things smoothly.. Vram is for videogames mostly 8gb should be the minimum as long as you dont plan on running AAA games at max settings.. but if you want max settings then youll need atleast 12gbs Vram
@@Nameless_Kingg I brought a cheap MSI bravo 15 laptop which claims to have support up to 64 gb rem, but I am too broke to buy new rem and am currently only using one 8 gb rem 😂🥲
first...get an AFFORDABLE pro 2D CAD, & NOT the greedy CAD-monster most "pirate" (don't lie!). After 42-years as an Architectural CAD-Designer, thru 3-major CAD-systems, my $$$-maker is...ActCAD. Seriously, and from India. Imagine :-) $299/lifetime, kids!! ohhh...44gb is fine (I know, weird combo! haaa) [DUMP working on a laptop, use a desktop!!]

Tnx mate ❤️
You should get 32gb. Just because. For gaming is almost irrelevant.
yep

It may be enough for now but you may find it sluggish in the next few years
Not enough i am upgrading to 32gb, 16gb is not enough for me, while coding i may open 2 vscode with almost 10 chrome tabs

Well done ❤
System Ram or Vram which one Matter most?
Both of them

@@naruto2382 wish they add an option to allocate system Ram to Vram like those Handheld so you can add vram on the 8gb of rtx 4060
You can upgrade RAM in most laptops so VRAM matters more
is asus vivobook s15 oled good for video editing
Yep just beware of the ram at least you need 32 or 24GB of Ram
@@BinoshaTech24 works as well as 32? I say it because it is difficult to fill 32gb of ram, i have a laptop with i5 13gen and RtX 4050
I'll buy workstation laptop and put 96gb ram lol
U can’t most laptops if not all limited to 32 gb
