100% support your stance on racism. I'm a pensioner now, with arthritis that I don't claim any support for. The reason for this is that 7 years ago, when I first developed the arthritis, I resigned from my employment because I could not carry out the physical aspects of it. At that time, the DWP treated me like a liar and a criminal. I requested an assessment, which I failed. During this period, I considered suicide on several occasions. I am not putting myself through that again.

Wish I'd found your channel years ago when I was still working. After a long process I got PIP and this continues now I'm a pensioner. Due to health reasons I could only work part time and was on ESA. and had to attend courses at a job club. I did always attend and even did some courses voluntarily. Then one day I had a sickness bug so obviously couldn't go. Let them know but was told I would be sanctioned for not attending. I realise that there are a minority that do fake illness but it's not right to automatically assume everyone is the same. I fought their decision and won but some people might not have the strength or will power to do it. And this is where I think your channel is so useful to people. You know the problems people face. So don't let the haters get you down!

I give up on re aplying for PIP ? It is horrible going for the assesment, even the asseser left the interview during the assesment obviesly she failed my claim . I am now getting some help from my local council with aides like hand rails,pirching stool for cooking,and a bath lift❤ so much for the DWP. Love the show qnd keep up the good work.

I've had my uc messed about that much I've lost my job.. vehicle to repair, and I've just on Friday been sanctioned because of a call appointment, I did answer but got cut off because of reception. I immediately requested callback and had appointment after I'd explained my mobile reception was rubbish, appointment marked as had, yet still sanctioned me 145 quid, leaving me over Easter with hardly any food in for me n my kids.. feels like that much messing around wrongly calculated uc, that I'm being targeted.. put me on my arse with debts building up.. it's discusting

I went to my doctor he signed me off sick because of mental health a. The turned 2 sick notes down what can I do to stop this crap. Thanks for update
PIP or DWP/ UC cannot refuse sick notes unless your signed off with LCWRA or ESA Entilement, keep these for your records for future as they WILL ask in the future trust me. you can also send a message in your journal advising your case manager you have sick notes dating back from date to date and that you wish for these to be logged.
Keep up the job for people like suffer with split personality also dyslexic, but the benefit office don't class. As a disability. I also have a anxiety with medical services.

If those dwp health assessors are any good they'd be practicing. The fact that they're doing that job almost invariably are incompetent, unprofessional, money grabbing.... I don't know? Scum? Or option 4 any combination of the 1st 3 options! My basis for this is the fact that every time I make a claim they start with "you do know I have no say in this process?" REALLY?? "Why the hell am I talking to you then?"
Its the fact they confirm they have no say in it lol, like you said why am i speaking to you then ? madness!

Yes Rich thats exactly what my text said "a Health Professional is looking at your PIP claim" after they recieved my form. That was the 21st Feb. I had my assessment a couple of weeks ago.

the dwp straight after court got their medical director of NHS England to undiagnose me of CRPS a condition with no known cure, they never told me then gave me drugs to kill me when i had a bad flare, as I have CRPS it is a suicide disease due to pain and they gave me morphine along with gabapentin , as I have COPD this can cause respiratory depression and death patients should be monitored with this not given it when they are in so much pain they want to chop their limbs off, the government are murderers murdering disabled people for making claims for disability, luckily i caught on to what they are doing and didn't take it and they have now removed the evidence of this drug given from my records yet I already havethe notes this is criminal but they think they can do whatever they want i am in Hull, I win in court against the GPs and DWP can you believe!!! that's how bad GPs are in Hull

Dont feel scared honestly, tell them exactly how you feel and tell them you know how much their designed to shaft you over, they dont like confrontation its not in their nature to have people fighting back, dont be afraid of bullies. x
They're petty. Take my case... they didn't like what I said so they started sending me text messages to read a message in my journal. When I signed in there was nothing new to read. This happened 4 times between 8.30am and 9am. It was obvious they were doing it to get back at me. That is... until I started making a note in my journal of every text message they were sending. The pettiness soon stopped when they realised that maybe they would have to explain themselves further down the line. Accountability is a bitch.
@@zibbezabba2491 One appeal I went to got so bad, he stood over me measured how far to the corner shop, using his finger and thumb with a little gap. He wanted to know long it took and didn't like the answer. He asked 5 dif times how often I went to the housing association a year, i said i go when I need there's no set number, but he didn't like that. The doc beside him said nothing, my advocate said half as much. Still this lawyer continued, by this time my daughter was sobbing uncontrollably and I had a panic attack, still not satisfied his last words to me were "If it takes you so long why do you even bother". I have survived horrific child abuses, 9 "care" homes where I was tortured by a nun and things I can't list here. I couldn't bring myself to do anything for 8 months. My kids & grandkids decorated the house for Xmas and I tried to participate but it was 2yrs before I left the house, told local councillor and nothing happened. I have been suicidal 3 times in my life and he made it 4. Sorry this was so long.

100% agree, let them have their 2 minute rant to themselves that nobody else is going to see and then block them, honestly the sooner they realise their negativity towards me, this channel or what were about is of no consequence and they need to go elsewhere. xx

I tried to phone the DWP the orher day and the Service was off.
hearing a lot of reports of the same thing.
I tried to phone my JC about 6 months ago. They kept me on hold for 2 hours. I decided to turn up in person to show them my phone screen still playing the same "we're busy at the moment and will answer your call as soon as possible".
Just found your channel in the last week or so. Very interesting content.
Ive been fighting with the DWP since May 2023. I have been to various doctors appointments and filled out many forms. Only to be turned down. An appeal has been lodged.
Then there is the other entity called ADP, through Social Security Scotland (our PIP equivalent). Again, having to go through an appeal.
Im clearly disabled, after falling off a ladder in 1986. Foot, legs, hip and whole left side is compromised.
Crushing injury, left foot, post fall in 1986
Dislocation of the metatarsal phallangeal joint
Toes with fracture 3rd and 4th metatarsal.
Its like walking with stones in your shoes.
I cant stand or walk without pain.
STILL they dont believe me or have the staff to deal with it.

We had messages “ we still have your PIP form , you may still need an assessment with a health professional, you will continue to receive pip until we review your claim, you only need to contact us if your circumstances change” this continued. Every 3 months and the day before a year was up a “nurse” rang to do an assessment over the phone.
We had been in a major car crash two days before she rang , and she had to award max points without argument. ( couldn’t get out of a chair without making old person noises) let alone walk 20m.
They decided we must have a pip review because we dared to move house! Therefore MS must be cured?
Also the UC mandatory reconsideration I helped with was decided 2 days before the year was up, on overtime , Easter weekend ..
They must have a target to clear by 1 year …
Regarding your PIP award. The nurse should have assessed you as if it was the day that you first claimed PIP and not the accident you had had 2 days before. You would then have to have told the DWP of a change of circumstances and then had another assessment. Seems like you were lucky
My wife had a lifetime ESA award for MS, they then introduced PIP and put her on 3 year assessments . She then developed a heart /lung condition , and we dared to move house, triggering another assessment, she fully qualifies for full pip but each assessment makes a lot of work for Me the carer, the MS and Heart consultants and DWP assessor and we have government and DWP to blame for micro-management of people with lifetime conditions. And Rishi wants to reduce the number of civil servants! Own goal!
She has had MS for 22 years … pulmonary hypertension for 12 years,

I hope you both well my question is I have add ulcerated colitis in the past I'm finished up with ileostomy and A J pouch operation which basically means 15 to 20 x toilet needs which gives me sleep deprivation and unable to use public transport the last time I used a train the toilet was not working I also a full-time carer for my wife she is paraplegic the DWP want to stop ESA for me unfortunately I have requested a home visit to fill out the forms which they said they would unfortunately in the letter I have dismissed this I'm not going to embarrass myself going to the department due to the above the above best regards Mark and Jill

I rang the dwp last week to check a payment and didn’t get answered. And all the haters will expose themselves for what they are eventually and history won’t write them well at all.

I had a face to face Assessment. Requested full Medical Report. It arrived 3 months later. They have redacted Name of Healthcare Professional. So I a woman went into a room with a man for his scrutiny and inappropriate questions and I am not permitted to know his name or his so called credentials. AIN'TGONNAHAPPENBABY

Do they take sick notes for PIP assessment? I’ve been signed off sick since October. I’ll have assessment appointment coming up in couple of weeks or so.

Depends in what context your refering to mate? there is multiple sources used, disability news service being one of them who has multiple links to different stories etc, alan mclemont youtube channel an ex dwp uc advisor who's whistle blown, there is also private ones we cant discuss as we know of them directly whos sharing information and we beleive them.
The multi-tude of thousands and thousands of complaints and comments people put on here all saying the same thing is also bringing it to everyone's attention now.

I would first poff say that I love your chanal and that in my mind your doing a great service.
I know just how DWP like to steal people blind having been a victim while I was on ESA BUt since I have now retired and get a pension the back pay they have withheld for over Three years now is still unrecoverable.

Why do you record in your car? I have noticed a trend in some RUclipsrs recording in their cars so I am guessing its about acoustics. Am I right?
And I applaud your support for those in need, although at the moment I have no need for any advice there may come a time, which is one reason for us all to applaud those like you. I don't want to pour hate on negative people who comment and I do sincerely hope they never end up needing your advice, but I have learned in my life "never say never".
Hi there, i read your comment out on our most recent go live hope this is okay but i will 100% answer this for you. theres 2 reasons for myself.
1 100% acoustics is key, the microphones used are very sensitive so smaller environments bounce off the internals and make it louder much easier for edit etc and those hard of hearing too!
2 mental health reasons i like quiet smaller spaces so i sometimes dont feel so overwhelmed and to me the car is a safe zone so i record there quite a bit :-)
Hope thats answered your questions, and yes i agree people will always at some point need the advice, maybe not now maybe not in five years but for those who do it's always avalible :-)

Now I understand about the car recording it makes a lot of sense. I built a recording studio back in the 80's for my friends and learned a little about sound engineering but it was a long time ago. But that was in a late 19th Century semi and required weeks of collecting egg trays, happy days.
WAITED SINCE MAY LAST YEAR 6 TEXT SAYING THEY HAVE THE FORM A LETTER SAYING SAME THEN TEXT SAYING DECISION BEEN DONE WAIT FOR THE LETTER 2 WEEKS ,WEEK 3 NOTHING HAS COME.
Ring back the pip helpine 0800 121 4433 and option 6 i think it is after going through security this tells you if any payments are due etc, if none it will get you through to an advisor, quiet times 4pm onwards.
