I think he even beat the guy uo as well. He's been on the Joe Rogan podcast a few times. Really nice guy who got taken advantage of

I don't get the hate for Jay tbh, he's not funny on stage but neither is Norton, but I like them both on the radio.
Never liked Jimmy's act, can never get through any of his specials but he is THE BEST radio comic. Little Jimmy made O&A.

I think Jay is extremely humbled.
I just re-listened to the entire thing I think one person handled it like a comic the other person handled it like an average citizen. I love Andrew Dice Clay. Ford Fairlane is in my top five favorite movies of all time hands-down. But dice to farish. A lot of people own bank accounts with their elderly parents especially if they’re sick. I think if things would’ve been handled privately as opposed to being on a fucking radio show the outcome would’ve been completely different. They’re both great comics and in all fairness I feel like I have morals dices sense of humor I can understand the other side. Sticks and stones and the rest is obvious but dice does have a lot of people.

It was a weak move on Jay's part. He let his wife decide what to do, when he and Dice were contemporaries, not Dice and Jay's wife at that time. All she did was make Jay look like he was scared of Dice. And I know followers, fans yadda yadda. I never heard of either Jay or Dice's fans doing grievous bodily harm to anyone. Maybe I missed it but I never heard of it.

Sucks how Jay got a pretty bad reputation in the later years because he was funny as fuck here. Who knows what’s real but I feel like he was a tool in that whole bit with Dice, the joke stealing accusations, and then the Bert ordeal which was corroborated by a few other comics.

Yeah I’ve often wondered what other stories he told weren’t his... Whenever I hear him tell I story, I’m like hmm is that his or Bert’s or someone else’s lol ..... That Tracy Morgan Story is one of the funniest stories too, That had to kill Bert, he probably thought of it as an ace in his back pocket, it’s like having solid Gold hidden & waiting to pull it out when you really need it.....& you know Bert can’t help himself, he probably still kept telling Jay stories Cuz Bert loves to tell people his stories to anyone that will listen haha
