It's the 7th mode of the melodic minor modes! It's called the altered scale, but it's not altered if seen as one of the modes of melodic minor. But if you view it from a diatonic (modes of the major scale) perspective then it has a root, b9 (b2), #9 (b3), maj 3rd, b5 (#4, #11), #5 (b6, b13) , b7, root!
