7:18 That's crazy! Always assumed you had a gymnastics background or similar and had done handstands all your life. You should consider posting some video of your early days, when you were learning. Would be pretty motivating to see where you've come from to where you are now!
I already achieved wall assisted one arm handstand and its a huge mood boost from just doing 1 arm handstand attempts and hust falling this vid is very useful
Dude your channel is so underrated consider consulting a social media specialist and contacting other bloggers or youtubers in order to maximize your Reaching ❤
After 10-11 months or more doing variantions 99% at the wall only I can do bent arm and straight arm presses away from the wall. That is a journey 😊. Great help from Paul in this journey. Next tucks and HS pushups. Way more difficult than what meets the eye, those 2.
Hi. How often should you be practicing these progressions, daily/ every other day etc. Cheers. Glad I found your channel. 👍 I’m 52 by the way and can wall handstand for about 30 secs. 😀
This is very helpful! One thing ive noticed when I do long handstand holds, is that I get red spots on my cheeks for a few days. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong?
1:42 I'm so confused, you are kicking you legs towards the wall here, I just heard another of your video when you instructing not to kick to the wall but upwards 😫

What I needed
What is the time goal for static hold in each position that indicates sufficient strength?
