Indeed it is scary. I'll be 69 in a couple of weeks and I've been doing the chest to wall progression for something like 18 months. The closest I've got so far is 10 inches from the wall. But for me it's extra scary, as I had some bone removed from my skull 6 years ago, so falling and banging my head is definitely not an option!

Paul, am kind of okay with straight HS but the tuck HS I feel so much pressure I feel my head will explode, any tips?
Around 1 year training just now feeling strong at handstand around 40 sec max hold
My hspu is realy unstable 20% of times i can do 1 😞
