Realistically its hard to say. I dont know enough about Vincent to make a logical guess but judging by what I do know it will be a close bout. Shadow's invulnerable super form facing Vincent's Chaos state would be a very high stakes battle. Though I do believe Shadow's power with Chaos Control just eeks it out in his favor

Vincent definitely takes out Base Shadow, but Super Shadow should take the win since he's way faster and he should be more powerful with the emeralds pulling the Earth back together and damaging Solaris, who's power could effect the entire universe.
Really lacking behind with recent releases due to being busy IRL, I feel kinda bad given the quality of the tracks being released too. And this one seems not to be an exception. Not only is it another God Mode track but it's also just really good in general. It grasps that extremely edgy and epic feeling fitting of Shadow (and I assume the Final Fantasy side of the matchup too altho I can't really talk on that end given I don't even know who Vincent Valentine is) but without sounding too over the top. It strikes a very nice-sounding middleground that's enjoyable, dynamic and powerful but also while keeping a feeling of mystery and seriousness to it which is cool. I do think that, from how it sounds, this track will receive lyrics because I have a hard time thinking this isn't a perfect basis to make into a lyrical song. Besides, it even plays into the trope of video game tracks of having a very nice loop from its end to its start which is almost seamless. This may put some people off because the ending's a bit abrupt due to it but it adds a lot to that video game OST feel. However this does mean that I don't have *too* much to say on the track other than that. At least for a God Mode track. I mean, it sounds great for sure but it's clear that its full potential hasn't been reached yet which means that this song will truly go even further beyond. And given how good it is rn, I'm really looking forward to what the vocal version of this will end up being. And if I'm mistaken for some reason and this doesn't get a vocal track ? Well I'll look dumb but it won't change much in the end because I'll still appreciate this song a lot because damn it sounds cool. Overall this track is one that I appreciate now for sure due to how well it fits the tropes of the characters and franchises it represents but that I'm sure I'll enjoy even more when (and if) it receives a vocal version because it'll likely capitalize even more on all the good things this song has. Amazing job as always with this.
With Sonic X Shadow Generations nearing its release about 9 days, i would say that Shadow might have this matchup, considering analysis from his previous matchup with Ryuki Matoi, and now he has his new Doom Powers like Doom Spear, Doom Blast, Doom Morph, Doom Wing, and Doom Surf

Really lacking behind with recent releases due to being busy IRL, I feel kinda bad given the quality of the tracks being released too.
And this one seems not to be an exception. Not only is it another God Mode track but it's also just really good in general. It grasps that extremely edgy and epic feeling fitting of Shadow (and I assume the Final Fantasy side of the matchup too altho I can't really talk on that end given I don't even know who Vincent Valentine is) but without sounding too over the top. It strikes a very nice-sounding middleground that's enjoyable, dynamic and powerful but also while keeping a feeling of mystery and seriousness to it which is cool.
I do think that, from how it sounds, this track will receive lyrics because I have a hard time thinking this isn't a perfect basis to make into a lyrical song. Besides, it even plays into the trope of video game tracks of having a very nice loop from its end to its start which is almost seamless. This may put some people off because the ending's a bit abrupt due to it but it adds a lot to that video game OST feel.
However this does mean that I don't have *too* much to say on the track other than that. At least for a God Mode track. I mean, it sounds great for sure but it's clear that its full potential hasn't been reached yet which means that this song will truly go even further beyond. And given how good it is rn, I'm really looking forward to what the vocal version of this will end up being.
And if I'm mistaken for some reason and this doesn't get a vocal track ? Well I'll look dumb but it won't change much in the end because I'll still appreciate this song a lot because damn it sounds cool.
Overall this track is one that I appreciate now for sure due to how well it fits the tropes of the characters and franchises it represents but that I'm sure I'll enjoy even more when (and if) it receives a vocal version because it'll likely capitalize even more on all the good things this song has. Amazing job as always with this.

IMO before rebirth I think shadow would’ve won but now due to giglamesh scaling in rebirth I think Vincent is the potential winner.
Even with Gilgamesh scaling, shadow’s speed, invulnerability, time stopping, and ability to teleport Vincent’s attacks back at him probably still gives him the win.
