This is the full opening scene from FFX7, leading up to the pre-battle preview posted, which in turn leads to the battle. The purpose of this upload is for people looking to audition for parts to see what kind of range of acting and the delivery i am looking for, as well as treat you to the full scene.. As this is the full scene, the other video will be made private. Still a WIP, so there are issues.

Normally I dont release previews, but given the time frame you have all waited, I figured i would do something special for you. With that being said, this will be the last preview i show of FFSX7 until its completed. This is a taste of what to expect.

Whoever's portraying Zero in this is doing an outstanding job. He kinda makes think of Steve Blum with a much deeper, sinister voice.

But there is a mistake. When Shadow says "Maybe you should try being a little more careful" the subtitles say "little" but Shadow says "bit". So I think you need to fix that.

@@BlackDevilX Oh and I forgot a couple of others. At 1:26, the word "be" is missing from "You shouldn't moving around". And at 3:04, Zero says "And yet" but the subtitles cut the "And" part.
Sorry for the nitpicks, but it's worth it to make this episode perfect, right?

Always grew up playing flash games. This series was always my favorite. So happy to see development going nicely.
Now I get how the delivery is suppose to be now. The delivery lines from Sonic, Shadow and Evil Zero are so good like oh my god. Like yo, it's seriously so good.

The voice acting for the characters are good, especially Zero having a deep voice making him evil. Also, I like when he he said X and Zero with Zero having quotation marks.

Zero's line about the world turn againts Shadow is reminded me of a forgotten dark villain in Sonic. And the first ever villain to killed Sonic.

I'm going to cry, playing this game so many times, look, I'm a Brazilian when I was little, I didn't understand anything ... But I knew it was the best game I had seen in Flash (relax in peace). It is very good to see that you continue the project and I say it is spectacular to see the evolution of each episode again shows how good it is. I thank you for giving me such a good game to play in my childhood I AM YOUR FAN.

A mix of nosltagia and anxiety for the news move me right now. This pixel-animation, music and dubbing just.. I cannot describe.
I don't really have any useful commentary to add, but I want you to know I'm yet another person giving my full anticipation for this project. I've looked forward to this for so long, and seeing this scene only reinforces that you have all it takes to make this next part even better than I could've possibly imagined. Keep up the fantastic work.

This looks so good i has grown with sprite animations like SMBZ and power star, take all the time you need to cook and take breaks
I swear this is legitimately some of the best writing in anything sonic just in these 4 minutes. Hilarious back to back jokes followed by real character moments. GREAT WORK! 👍🏻
Man, everything about this is just beautiful in many ways. The quality has been upped *off the roof*, but its charm never changed - like the subtitles with the subtle humorous tones being shoehorned in the serious dialogue. It really takes me back into a huge wave of nostalgia.
I'm not as overly invested as my 10-yr-old self was in this series anymore, but I'm still damn excited for this regardless!
Amazing performance. So much nostalgia, almost feels like I can hear my 2008 self screaming from the hype 😱 Can't wait to play FFSX 7 and big thanks to you, BlackDevilX. ❤

Long have I waited and now its here after nearly 10 years. I used to play ffsx alot and part 6 was my favourite and I'm so happy to see it return again.

I used to play this game when I was like 7 or 8 and boy the X5 was such a struggle for me, never knew how to beat the guardian. I like x6 for his BEEG improvement and outstanding voice acting. And this is gonna be a masterpiece I can tell it. Good luck and keep the awesome work going :)
Same! Episode 5 was a struggle for me too. I don't think I ever got around to beating it legitimately, lol. Episode 6 was my favorite anyway though; Aeon's fight mechanics are some of my favorites from any Sonic fangame.

2:23: It's interesting how this Zero calls the other Zero a "fake". I can see two different scenarios happening:
1) Similar to Megaman Zero, the Zero who fights Sonic and Shadow is Omega, while the other one is the original Zero.
2) In a shocking twist, the Zero who fights Sonic and Shadow is the real Zero, who has fallen to darkness, while the other Zero (who's using the original body) is actually Omega, who seeks redemption for an as-of-yet revealed misdeed of some sort.

Why do I get the STRONG feeling that THIS Zero.... Is actually Omega Zero from Zero 3? The murderous intent of this one, and the fact that he calls the Zero we know a "fake" just SCREAMS that this boy is "The God of Destruction" to me. XD

so far i have seen 2 cases of a person leaving their flash game series on a cliffhanger and then come back years later just to finish where it left off. First it was JonBro/Jonochrome with his Riddle School series and then there's the FFSX series.
