As a sonic rivals 2 fan, mainly because it was a game from childhood, the game is prety decent. Also the boss fight was kinda decently hard for the game standarts

I'm surprised you didn't include The End from Frontiers or The Train AI from Murder of Sonic The Hedgehog, since they ARE villains/antagonists at least. I was also gonna mantion Sage but I guess that even though she directly works for Eggman as his daughter it's still debatable whether or not she was truly a villain in Frontiers.
