This might be the first time I've heard someone liking zero gravity more than the first game. Gameplay is heavily toned down, and a story about "babylonians" being aliens from outer space sounds eerily similar to scientology dogwhistling calling Assyrians and Babylonians related to aliens from outer space. Dubious in all regards.

If you guys updated this list when Shadow Generations releases, I’d put Superstars in B tier, Dream Team in S tier, and Shadow Generations in A tier
They should do a teir list of every crossover game they've done
First of all: I was genuinely howling with laughter at this sometimes. Honestly fun and random shit is what I feel the voices should be used for instead of the money-grabbing game all the iOS apps are trying to set up. I like how they have more emotion instead of just “voice module that sounds like a character reads a thing.”
Second, the incoming obligatory “hey you missed this” comment for my own tortured Sonic fan loser nerd who leeches onto the weirder titles soul:
Where’s Sonic Eraser? Tbh one of my favorite jokes of a game to ever mention to people and explain. And since Pocket Adventure counts (which made me smile very hard for its inclusion) but not Sonic’s Gameworld for Sega Pico? Why I bring it up over Tails and the Music Maker (I think it’s called) is purely for my fascination of it. Tails’s Adventure on the other hand I’m also wondering why it isn’t here.
Those are the main three I’m the most curious about.
I’m also aware of the Sonic Arcade Puzzler I forgot the name of + Mean Bean Machine, which I suppose can be excused as it’s basically Puyo Puyo with some neat references (and I’m not a Puyo Puyo fan, stan Meteos and Lumines). Plus including all the Sonic Arcade titles would at that point be genuinely absurd.
I think I get how Jam, Mega Collection, Gems Collection, Genesis Dreamcast Collection Volume 1 (I think it’s called), etc weren’t added; but what about SA2 Battle and SADX? I guess since they’re more extensions to the original games it might not count. I suppose the same can be said for the Saturn version of 3D Blast (“3D Blast is a fun game and everyone is just plain mean” gang rise up) and any other ports that add features and whatnot, like the mobile ports and their added content. Sega Superstars for PS2 I guess doesn’t count since it doesn’t have “Sonic” in the title, but is still part of the “Sega All-Stars” lineup with Tennis (which had mostly Sonic content and is ALSO very fun). Also may Sonic Runners Rest In Peace you deserved so much better honey.

Haha! Glad you enjoyed it so much. We were honestly wondering why so many side games were missing as well. (We absolutely noticed that the Tails games weren’t there like wtf). We’re thinking that for the future, we’ll probably make our own tier lists instead of using online ones, just to make sure EVERYTHING we want, and the community wants, is there.

I got Sonic 06 recently and actually, i like this game, i’d give it B or even A tier shockingly. But i’ve just never had much trouble with bugs, i thought the story is amazing, and gameplay is fine with me. It’s really not that bad. But i can see many areas where they should’ve had more time to work. Small things like talking to people sounding the exact same doing the same weird animations. They all look creepy too. Also climbing walls as Knuckles or Rouge sometimes prevents you from jumping off. But it’s still not that bad.
And i got it on the Xbox 360 Marketplace for $4.99, if you want it, i suggest you get it now since they’re closing the Marketplace in May 2024.

Colors in A tier and not in S tier im done 💀 maybe its just me but that game was ahead of its time and i love it.
It was my childhood, but it’s nowhere above A. The so called, 3D boost gameplay, controls pretty well, but the wisps can be pretty useless in certain maps or scenarios. Not to mention that most of this game is 2D. The execution of the plot was mid as the characters took a more comedic tone and not good comedy. The DS port is much better imo, better execution, gameplay is great, level design is much better and the wisps are better.
@@jessielsanchez5079 Yeah I definitely agree on what you said, and the thing is the problems are not even that bad it's just makes the game not all that fun to play.(Also I got beef with the spike wisp that thing caused me so much frustration even in generations 😡).

That version of sonic 06 actually shows us “what if the game was actually really good?” He actually fixed all the bugs and glitches that way we don’t have to deal with it anymore.

I’m glad someone said it, I won’t say I hated SA2 but it definitely isn’t better SA1 becuase what I hated about this game was how every character felt like a copy paste of eachother tails and eggman played the same, sonic and shadow played the same, and knuckles and rouge arguably even though they play the same were probably the only fun characters to play.
Because like imagine you play Hero’s Tory then go to dark story to think the characters were gonna play different and feel unique only for them to play exactly like the characters from hero story.
Quite frankly the side content, the story, and music carried the game.

Among other things, Labyrinth is an underrated game. Most people seem to play it incorrectly, and never truly get to enjoy how fun it actually is to get better times. But oh well.

I understand why people don't like the length of the werehog levels or the metal collecting but honestly how visually amazing the game still looks and outside the battle music the levels song's are 👌🏾 plus the werehog can do combo's that's to 🔥 to ignore
what i disagree with is Sonic Forces and the mobile game's placing i would put Sonic Forces in A tier as well as the mobile counterpart they both hold unique concepts like the main game having a new story engaging boss fights new characters and the first game where you play as ur own character that you design and the mobile game was so fun to play that they both deserves A tier
