I'll tell you why you are popular. Its because you are a true Jeep guy. You are always positive, you actually want to help people, and you are genuine. Back in the day, CJ and 2 door wrangler days, all Jeep guys were like you. Strangers meet up in a parking lot and spend the next three hours talking about their Jeeps. When you dont like something about someones Jeep you simply say thats not for me or thats not the direction I'm taking my Jeep. There was no hatred for anything. Its just not your thing. I had a fellow Jeeper who was in the Army reserves stationed with me in Bosnia back in the 90s. He was a sheriffs deputy in the civilian world and told me of times when he saw cool Jeeps running down the road and would pull them over just to talk Jeep. He would always tell them upfront they are free to go but wanted to talk about Jeeps. They were always happy to sit on the side of the road and chat. Since the JKU I've stopped going on forums because of the vitriol going back and forth over little things. No one wants to watch angry hateful people talking trash about others. Your show is always positive and that is why I love to watch your videos.

Thanks for saying hello to us at Poison Spider this past weekend! We had a lot of fun trying to stay ahead of you and your film crew that day on the trail (green TJ, Land Cruiser, and silver JKUR). Keep up the great content!!
For Marco to consider: While I have never owned anything but a manual transmission on my personal vehicles, the thought of giving up 2500 to 3250 of towing capacity (depending on if you get a Rubicon or Sport S w/ max tow) will keep me from a MT on the Gladiator. Also for both: just wondering how you think the Gladiator would do on the switch backs on Black Bear Pass?
I think you could get though black bear pass, just a few more points needed in the turn.... and just for the record, I'm not planning on doing that trail anytime soon, I hate heights!

I love this vídeos ride/conversation has been great. Brad, did you change the allows in your JK? I love those black allows. Thanks as usual for sharing.
I agree with Marco: First mod: tires, second mod: suspension but just like 2 1/2 or 3 inches, 3rd mod: fridge and spice rack. Just kidding: my first mod was a soft top, second mod an offroad trailer with a spice rack, kitchen and fridge and 3rd mod was suspension and tires after I got stuck with stock and trailer in Death Valley (got out on my own, but it wouldn't have happened with better tires to begin with)
What kind of refrigerator does Marco use on your overland trips? And does he also have a separate freezer or is it a combination refrigerator and freezer? I like the ARB product but it does only one or the other and not both...
I got my Milestar Patagonia tires a couple years ago mainly because they were so inexpensive. That and they just look so good. I’m confused about the manual vs. auto debate with today’s modern transmissions. I have a 2014 JKU that’s auto. But when I wheel it becomes a manual. I just pull the shift lever to the left. I control when it shifts gears but no clutch ( sorry Marco). As a daily driver I get convenience in my daily commute but for trails I get (most of) the benefits of the manual.
