Even at 14 when the Tennis top 100 movie came out, I argued that Serena was the Greatest because 5 of the Top ten female Players were in her era and she dominated them all. For those who look at the number and not the competition, 23 definitely silences them but those like me and McEnroe who look at the competition, we knew who the Greatest was before she turned 30.

I feel truly privileged to have been able to witness Serena chase and achieve history over the last 5 years, and see Venus prove everyone wrong and make another Grand Slam final after years of everyone telling her to retire. We are incredibly lucky to have been able to witness Serena and Venus, there's never gonna be another pair of siblings like Serena and Venus ever again so just enjoy it while it lasts.
Man we was so close to seeing her win the calendar grand slams but greatness will be forever beside her name! I enjoy looking back at her career because I hate her career coming to an end!

Some keep bringing up Margaret Court and her 24, what a joke . Most of those were Aussie championships when she played a field of 31 other Aussie's. And don't get her started on her 62 titles which include doubles and mixed doubles, as if those were still a thing in the open era.
I predicted Serena will finish at 26 GS titles. She is 3 titles away from that. I picked 26 because I saw no one who can take the spotlight away from Serena. No one is consistent enough to do that. No one young makes the finals consistently. It is still Serena and then everyone else.
