Geoff (Low Bass) has a five octave range all to himself. They out do themselves every time! I cannot stop watching this, it is amazing!! That first B0 Geoff hits lasts for 15 seconds!! Eli has become the Asgardian god of rock, Layne is a beatboxing god, Cesar has become a Berserker, and J None has shown us that rap indeed belongs in acapella! And Miracle of Sound gave this 10 out of 10 raised ale horns!! Great reaction!

They were on the Sing Off the same year as Home Free.
Miracle of Sound, for the record, is the guy who wrote Valhalla Calling for Assassins Creed.

J None was with Voiceplay from 2018 to 2021. The US Navy recruited him to sing with them. He is 2 years into a 5 year hitch.
J None rapped in their cover of Superstition.
    Their most "epic" pieces:
    Nothing Else Matters - Metallica
    Warriors (Imagine Dragons)
    The Dragonborn Comes/Skyrim
    Go the Distance
    Carry On Wayward Son
Or you could try something not so driven from them:
    Butter
    Boy Bands in 5 Minutes
    Little Mermaid Medley
Subscribed in anticipation of more Voiceplay!

Agree with all of the above and would add the Halo theme. Looking forward to more Voiceplay! ✌️❤️🥕

For more rap check out Superstition (J. None) and I Knew You Were Trouble/ As Long As You Love Me (Layne). They've had several epic songs come out recently. Looking forward to more VoicePlay reactions!

This is my favorite, the creme de la creme of Voiceplay, in my opinion. I listen to this for several hours on repeat every other night. Two good reactors to watch break down Voiceplay's videos are The Charismatic Voice, and Peter Barber.

So the bass singer is geoff castellucci and he actually has his own channel. I would recommend reaction to his version of Sixteen tons.

I’m sorry if I suggest something you have already done. I recommend VoicePlay’s “Carry On Wayward Son”, “Dream On” “Nothing Else Matters” and “Warriors”. But also “Halo” and “Dragonborn Comes” for their love of gaming. And I would certainly go for “Superstition” too!

Miracle of Sound posted and gave VoicePlay 10 ale horns out of 10 for the most creative cover they have seen and heard. Game covers include HALO, Enemy - Imagine Dragons (Arcane League Of Legends), Enemy - Imagine Dragons (Arcane League Of Legends), The Dragonborn Comes / Skyrim, “Shero Returns” A Capella remix from PUBG Mobile just released yesterday.

    Great reaction, guys!

Who knew that Viking battle cries and Rap went together? It seems that the real innovation in music today is in A Cappella. Whether it come in using a Reggae rythm for a Johnny Cash song or Rap in the middle of a Viking song, these epic bands have the skill and the brilliance to find a way to put things together that shouldn't work and come out with something so satisfying that you wonder why someone didn't think of it sooner! Great reaction as usual guys. Want another EPIC song from VoicePlay, find their version of "Dragon Born Comes" and nerd out with the rest of us!!!

Their beatboxer is also an excellent rapper. We're all hoping J None will rejoin the group once he gets out of the Navy. He left when they recruited him but he collabs pretty much every time he comes home on leave. I'm pretty sure he was playing lookout on the mountain in the beginning of this video because his plane was delayed by 3 hours, lol

How does that bass get such voice? The answer is in a couple of his videos, where he TEACHES to "sing really low". In extreme synthesis... "Practice, practice, practice, and in the intervals, practice more!" 😀
And yes, they were in "Sing off!" with Home Free, but it wasn't their cup of tea, the attention was much on stuff they don't dig much. 🙂

Geoff’s ‘classes’ on singing low are on his solo channel (Geoff Castellucci) where he also has a lot of great music. Not acapella but where he harmonizes with himself. Really gets the reality of his range across.

For more rap, Superstition with J None.
For epic nerdy Dragonborn, Hoist the colours, my mother told me
For epic awesomeness Nothing Else Matters and Warriors.
And for soft amazing In my room, True Colours…
I could list it all; they’re just phenomenal

I don't know if you guys ever played video games but please do a reaction video to Voice Plays cover of " The Dragonborn Comes Skyrim " . Also Voice Plays cover of " Halo " the theme song ( music, no words to it ). It's the theme song from the Halo video game. The composer of the music said Voice Plays cover was the best ever. He was totally amazed. At the end of the song Scott Porter pays homage to the game & a fallen comrade of theirs. Please listen to all Voice Play songs until the credits are done. You just may miss something.

Have you seen the Dragonborn comes by them? It’s just as epic and even more nerdy. Also Geoff’s (the bass) version of far over the misty mountains is an epic solo from him.

Honestly, they weren't as good back when they did The Sing Off; they've really evolved since then. Geoff wasn't the killer bass he is now. Home Free won partly because they featured Tim's bass, which the judges and audience loved.
