If you’re a guitar player, well, even if you’re not, you should be viewing this video of Les and Hubert jammin’ to the blues on a regular basis! These two legends are really gettin’ down to the music... Good, good stuff!!!
Camera work by Russ Paul. Thanks Chris. Hubert Charles Sumlin (November 16, 1931 - December 4, 2011) was a Chicago blues guitarist and singer,[1] best known for his "wrenched, shattering bursts of notes, sudden cliff-hanger silences and daring rhythmic suspensions" as a member of Howlin' Wolf's band.[2] He was ranked number 43 in Rolling Stone's "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time". wiki

I wouldn't be worthy to be in their presence.. two absolute great legends
Hubert was a gift. Most humble genius I’ve ever heard. His interviews are priceless.
Hubert knew more sophisticated jazz blues licks just as well as the dirty delta licks. Glad this was recorded.
Cold beer, hot crab boil, flip flops..... great music. Good times in life.
Two legends

There's a lot going on in this mini-jam. Obviously they were both cut from the same style. Hint: listen to the way Hubert bends the strings. Genius!
LOOK HOW MUCH HUBERT LET'S LES TAKE THE LEAD IT JUST SHOWS YOU HOW HUMBLE THIS GUY IS HE GOT ME
Les usually doing this with younger players,Hubert was his contemporary and I think Les was digging it. He didn’t give him as much guff.
Smoooth Blues/Jazz!
