If you normally eat a lot of processed, garbage junk food, the, yes, fasting will bring clarity for the simple reason that you're giving your body a break from eating all of that junk. But if you normally eat a healthy, nutritious diet, then fasting does nothing.

The green coconuts are the one because the insides are very young,very soft to eat and the water is more delicious. When the coconut husk is already brown the meat inside is not already good for eating unlike when its green whoever the juice of the meat is squeezed out and is very good to use in different kinds of cooking. Here in the Philippines its very popular too.

Those aren’t stone fish, those are salarias they are mostly found in the pacific and indian oceans, i live in Hawaii and used them for bait to catch fish but you can’t use the super spiky or you won’t get anything
