I believe the knowledge should be free.
And for 6+ years my job has been making coaching affordable.
ATGonlinecoaching.com: Programs with form-coaching under 24 hours, 7 days a week, for $49.50/month, with no contract and 1/2 off the first month so you can see how you like it
map.ATGforcoaches.com: With coaches now around the world, there may even be one near you who’s available for in-person training!
ATGequipment.com: All the unusual tools I’ve been creating to help make the ATG system more user-friendly
    UncivilizedSneaker.com: The foot-inspired shoes I wear
THANK YOU for making this possible!

Looks like a great routine! I always tell people, EVERY DAY IS LEG DAY. You use your legs more than anything else, if you can't do legs every day it's because they're too weak. Keep up the good work!

Even if you don’t go fully into it from the beginning, look into physical therapy exercises that address imbalances like he said. As someone who started ballet at 18 and has used it primarily as physical therapy - this man absolutely gets it.
Please be kind to yourself and don’t shame yourself by using “lazy” - there are lots of reasons why things feel inaccessible or insurmountable even if we reason that they are not; it’s more helpful for us to be honest with ourselves and what we feel capable of doing and then build on that. Even if you can’t afford to go to a gym, there is a wealth of knowledge on physical therapy stuff on YT and you can always start out easy with body weight/resistance. I found it easier to commit to doing 15 minutes of exercises a day 2x a day in my pajamas consistently in my bedroom (once when waking up, once when going to bed) for months and maintaining the habit at 39 rather than trying to fit a workout routine I had to drive to either before or after work. Sometimes I’ll miss a day or two but it’s never felt so bad that I felt intimidated getting back to it after breaking a streak. We learn best and do best when we recognize our own humanity and can be kind and supportive towards ourselves
