Anthrax are awesome with John Bush and Joey Beladonna equally, i dont care what singer they have, theyre always awesome, i wouldt even care if they still Neil Turbin or Dan Nelson or Matt Fallond or any other singer that they had, they would still be as awesome
Exactly. Anthrax is a great band. Both singers are talented, some prefer one or the other.

lost it in 1990, ditched thrash and joey, and soon after dan left. ud think most bands would call it quits after they lose their singer and lead guitarist, but they kept going and are finally improving again. have hopes for the new album

I miss the Bush years of Anthrax! Overall, the songs seem to be better written, produced, arranged, and recorded!
I prefer everything they released from The Sound of White Noise to We've Come for You All.
I was a fan of the Joey B. stuff as well. The difference is how many songs off each album I really liked/loved. Typically, with Belladonna, an average of only 1 or 2 per album, under JB, at least double that 2-4. SOWN remains my all-time favorite. [imo, it's their Back In Black]

I really hope that John Bush will get together with Anthrax, not just to re-record the vocals but to also change the melodies in the vocal structure and write his own lyrics. And it would also be killer if they were to write some new songs together to.

@GHeroandRScape this guy is a classic...singer from Armoured Saint. The problem is that Anthrax took on a Numetal sound. Just check out this singer on the song "Only," and they you will realize he is a good singer. But true that Joey was the man.
Yes but being successful can entail selling out in a lot of cases, as you are changing the way your music sounds to make it appeal to a wider portion of the public and playing upon which music scenes are more popular at that point in time to make the most profit. this was my second listen to ANTHRAX so dont know much about the band but thought they sound quite unique, me likey.
and thats whats so good about music we can all have different opinions and never be right.

To bad these "nothing" albums placed Anthrax as one of the big four in thrash and if it wasn't for this "nothing" John Bush would've been long forgotten in Armoured Saint. And Anthrax wouldn't have made it big with these pop numetal stuff alone, losing their individuality and sounding like 100 other bands. Two of heavy metals biggest fuck up was Anthrax getting rid of Joey and John leaving Armored Saint to join Anthrax just when they were about to hit the big time! Damn they were two of my favorite bands. They'd be be up there with Maiden, megadeth, and Metallica had they stuck it out!
