He was a good man. It didn’t make him a bad person because he was a drug addict. Traditional therapy is a waste of time. I don’t know where I’d be without my music. I also believe in the power of prayer. For those of you who believe in Christ I humbly ask for your prayers for my husband’s soul. The world was better off with him in it. ❤RIP Mike ❤❤

Not really, This album is really good and heavy as hell, just different from their other work. Roots is the album most thrash fans hate, mostly because if fits exactly what Gore said, only like, three songs that are good and that is pretty much it.
This was a great album! I don't understand where this business about going mainstream comes from. IMHO,that couldn't be farther from the truth. This album was the start of Sepultura doing something that had never been done before, which was to add a tribal feel to Metal and to incorporate some of the sounds of their culture into their music, creating something new and unique and still kicking ass in the metal scene. Props to these guys for having the guts to help change the course of metal!!!

About four good solid songs i think. Their last respectable record.
It's just like Metallica's Black Album in terms of going mainstream, but i think it's great.
Not really, This album is really good and heavy as hell, just different from their other work. Roots is the album most thrash fans hate, mostly because if fits exactly what Gore said, only like, three songs that are good and that is pretty much it.
This was a great album! I don't understand where this business about going mainstream comes from. IMHO,that couldn't be farther from the truth. This album was the start of Sepultura doing something that had never been done before, which was to add a tribal feel to Metal and to incorporate some of the sounds of their culture into their music, creating something new and unique and still kicking ass in the metal scene. Props to these guys for having the guts to help change the course of metal!!!
