Looking good Mike what type of plywood you used ACX or BCX in 1/4"or 3/8"???? I have a big projest Im thinking of doing I have a 88 Ford E350 class C motor home that has been water damage for years I just ripped everything out of it and its down to the chassie. Im thinking building a wooden frame like your camper and sheet it with 1/4" plywood them use PMF on it as well the cabin will be 6'6" x 20ft Duck Canvas has large rolls of canvas with no seams which I think will work very well. Do you have any helpful hints????? Great job
It’s 1/4” exterior ( acx I think ) pretty smooth face and decent backside.. it’s fir… make sure you glue it to the frame .. no seams is great , but getting a piece that big on before your glue sets up might be problematic … I had a few issues along the way haha … I think I got the hang of it now … I just planned to have my seams well overlapped, and coved with trim …. It matches the style I have planned , but might not work for a sleeker style .. feel free to ask any questions .. I’ll help with any advice I have …
I used 1 1/4” staples , and also deck screws …. I used yellow glue … I was considering using construction adhesive, but it adds thickness that complicate things … although I will be using it for my interior ceiling and exterior roof panels ( which are marine grade 1/4”) I filled the screw holes , but not all the staple holes .. too many haha.. I show it all in earlier videos

Right now it will be a 1997 Chevy 2500… but I would love to get it on a 60’s classic
