I definitely prefer them! And yes, stuff falling out of the uprights is a total pain.

@@HomesteadWithTessa Awwww thanks for watching my Sausage making videos. The first time I worked with sheep casings it was an absolute disaster. No worries here's my tip........just be patient. Yes it's going to be a bit of a challenge the first time but after that you two will figure it out.....AND it is so worth it. I have been making "caseless Sausage" here lately. I tried Cellulose (non edible) Casing and I am in love with Cellulose Casings. Checkout my "Making Turkey Hotdogs" video. Are you going to record your sausage project tomorrow ~ I hope so! You got this baby girl.
