    I had no idea you are also uploading free programs,THANK YOU so much for them,very excited to try your programs as well,Can you please create a program for lean thighs (I can workout for 6 days) and for saddle hips,please ? 🥹
    Edit: Just checked the website,I am not a beginner,it would be nice if you create NO EQUIPMENT intermediate to advance workout program.

    Great routines but so hard to get into relaxed and focused flow since you have to watch the videos to prepare
    for the next move or see if you are in the right position. Wish you would talk about proper alignment and what's coming up next
