    starting day 1 of the self-care guide. couldn't have dropped at a better time for me :')
    edit: thank you for the love yall! i actually didn't finish the guide back then. i gave up and then was developing an injury and was struggling mentally so i took a long break of movement. but now i'm trying again from almost square one haha, slowly but surely! ^^

    Wow! This has worked wonderfully! I haven’t had any injuries or anything bad after my workouts! Do you have to go on a serious diet when your taking a week of working out? You should do your food management as a video! Haha 😛

    I did more than 3 weeks (with a little adaptation) and really like this warm up.
    1. Just 5 mins.
    2. It's easy and not too tired to do other workouts.
    3. The music is very good and fun for a fresh start.

    day 14 of it's you against you guide. I did ittt omg. I didn't think I could commit till day 14, but here I am. I lost 1.5kg in 14 days. still ate what I want but cleaner and in moderation. will continue the next guide to keep working towards my goals.

    The warm ups ARE THE MOST BORING PART OF THE WORKOUTS I never do them but this one is too much fun I don't know if it's because of the music or the movements but I ended up laughing at the end. really love it. If you feel reluctant to exercise, after this video you will be more active than ever.
