I rencently realised I had neck issues and back issues, I saw the doctor and a person to help me exercise my back and damn no wonders I had issues! since I was 6 years old I played video games and set really badly, I am now 17 years old and I got issues that if we realised sooner could have been fixed but it is too late, but what isnt too late is to change bad habbits, I have issues but I am still young and realised it still soon and I thank you to have made this channel my neck and back feels better.
Thanks, I love the video! I have a stading desk and a standing desk chair (like normal office chair, but can be brought up) which I ended up loving becuase with a chair and desk both in standing positions there are more ways to move around which you call freedom of movement. Also during calls I move around and walk as well, no need to stay still the whole time working! Now I see I need to work on my posture more :)
Hi Yannis. I am loving your videos. You and I very in sync with our philosophy on posture. I am running a lecture series in Australia in 2024 and one of the modules is on Physical Health and Posture. If you are interested in lecturing for our program, please let me know and we can see if we can make it happen.
one of the best videos on this topic! What do you think of introducing the kneeling chair into this practices? I think introducing/comparing many other working positions with different tools would be a great video idea. ( like fitball/swiss ball). BTW, can you link that Horse riding kinda chair you used?
Thank you so much on your ergonomics videos, super helpful! I wonder if you ever considered switching between desk and bed? I often end up working from bed around mid day and then get back to desk, other wise I eventually start slouching (not using a stool yet).
So is it better to do 2 4 hour sessions in each seated/standings positions, or say break them to 4 2 hour or even 8 one hour sessions where you alternate between sit/stand, while also moving in the different positions in each 1 hour sessions moving your legs?
Hey! From your expertise, would you say that the stool you’re using is safe for L4/L5 herniated disc patient? I was told by my doctors to avoid from long period sitting and to always correct my posture (be it standing, sitting, lounging)

I wish there was an international obligatory rule to apply your setup for office workers. Thank you for your video

Yes. The point is to mix up everything and as much often as you can.
