You can also blame the Fed but most of it goes to those investors that have made life difficult for the 61% of people that are living paycheck to paycheck and can’t afford to buy a home because of these investors that gobble up the properties and jacking up the rent and buying price for a home. That’s BS.
The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.
My advisor is JENNY PAMOGAS CANAYA highly qualified and experienced in the financial market. She has extensive knowledge of portfolio diversity and is considered an expert in the field. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market
In contrast to Peter's "old people" analogy, I always imagine golf as the "Tauke" kind of sport, the kind of game you don't play for fun but rather to work on a weekend, albeit with the potential to make connections. So besides the budget (I almost fainted going into an MST store), I feel like that corporate image might be another reason I and some others avoid it.
golf is definitely a good sport to invest in, however the first question to be answered is whether the individual actually enjoys the game as if not swinging 100 balls at the driving range can actually be quite tedious. Golf is also a game that requires resilience, patience and self discipline, which causes many newbies to quit early on as they don't notice their swings improving. Personally, I enjoy playing golf, but I have also met friends who have given up along the way. Hence perhaps it may not be right to consider golf as an investment tool to foster new connections or strengthen friendships as if an individual fails to appreciate the allure of golf, they would not reap those returns
Here's my 2 cents after playing golf for awhile, the cost to entry isnt that high, but the ceiling can get really high as compared to other sports. As stated in the video, you can go to an affordable range, get 2nd clubs that are great, and a friend that teaches you. Alternatively, if you want something better, new clubs, indoor sim bay, pro coach lessons, the prices to add up.
i wanted to get my 7 year old daughter to start playing golf, but she is left handed...this sport is really more for right handed. very hard to find the golf equipment's for left handed
there are more reason why I go with golf other than money but as this page is about money, here is my comment about golf. putting money paid as one main factor, I've decided to quit social football and focus more to golf because ringgit per minute played, in many courses around KL, golf is cheaper. social football, you will play max 20m per quarter, usually for 2 quarters and thats 40m. BUT you only gets to touch and play the ball only for a few minutes, the rest of the times, the ball is with someone else. paid on average RM30 (night games) so that forks out RM0.75 per minutes. On the other hand, if I plays at Uniputra at RM90/game, divided into average 4 hours for 18 holes, that would cost me RM0.375 per minute
MST is obviously trying to list and this is a clear sponsored effort along with the massive investment in consumer fronting bars at tropicana Gardens... golf offers little health benefits, makes you age like a prune in a microwave oven and you said it yourself costs a bomb. It's also a massive waste of space clearing acres of land so some dato can talk about his 9 iron. But what do i know? I cant afford golf.
Real estate investors losing money is music to my ears. They are a major reason why the real estate market is the way that it is now.

More than 50% of my golfer friends are enjoying the gambling part rather than treating golf as sport 🤣

Left handed playing right hand equipment is an advantage...because left hand is dominant in the right hand swing.
Not expensive if you start with minigolf
Golf is very technical games..
Then again, so is Mobile Legends...
