Hey man nice video! I am using the Nexx SX.100R ! i want to buy the Xcom sena that fits in my helmet, my question is, does the xcom has brackets or stickers to mount the device to another brand helmet that does not support the xcom?
So how do you talk to people it just pairs with near by people or you ask them to join

Hi, I´m still a bit confused with what is really compatible with my Nexx Helmet, it is compatible with the X-com, but is there cheaper alternatives that fit the holes prepared in the helmet? I only wish to listen to some music on my daily commute.
No, those holes are only prepared for the X-com system. You could always use another BT device and just ignore the mounting points on the side so you could use whatever unit you prefer. Yes, this unit is powered by Sena so the internals are entirely compatible with their branded comm-systems.

Like the Sena SMH10R, the X-Com does have universal intercom pairing. That means you can pair with 1 communicator that's not Sena or Nexx. If someone else in your group of four has a Sena or this Nexx X-Com, that person could also connect to 1 non-Sena communicator. So, you can have a group of 3 Senas/X-Coms and 1 other-brand, or, you can have 2 Senas/X-Coms and 2 from other brands. Hope this helps! -DrewZilla

No, this is not compatible with the Freewire. Only the Sena 20S and 10S/R/U series are compatible with the Freewire. -DrewZilla
If I want ONLY bluetooth music from my phone.. would it be possible to just get the Sena speakers? Do the speakers automatically pair with the phone?
No, the speakers are just speakers. It's the control unit that gets paired to your phone. If you just want to listen to music, consider the more affordable Sena 3S-W/B. -DrewZilla

Does this unit connect to a Gopro for talking and recording at the same time?
By itself, no. You'd need a Sena Audio Back for GoPro as well, which is only compatible with Hero3 and Hero4 cameras. It is not compatible with the Hero5 and Session cameras. -DrewZilla

El casco modular que tengo se afloja mucho el tornillo lateral y se me suelta la visera
El intercomunicador... Con respecto al sonido y la duración de la batería bien. PERO... Muchas veces enciendo el intercomunicador y se conecta con el móvil, hasta ahí bien, el problema viene cuando te da el ok de que está conectado y la luz del intercomunicador no está encendido, el bluetooth da señales de que se han conectado pero pones música y no se escucha
Lo devolví en su momento, me lo cambiaron y me dio el mismo problema, así que bastante mal con Nexx
Ahh y después 2 años con el intercomunicador ya ni carga. Podéis imaginar la rabia que da eso después de todo el dinero gastado
I'm aware of the sun visor already built into the helmet. But could you get a mirrored visor for the helmet if you don't like the clear visor that comes stock with the helmet?

What are your thoughts on having an option for your customers to have the whole system fully installed inside the helmet have it ready to go out of the box? I'm sure your sales would grow.
Bell offers this already in their 3/4 helmet. Sena offers this feature built-in but in their Full Face, I'm having a hard time finding a helmet thats modular with excellent noise suppression
Does this new Nexx X-Com have the noise cancellation built-in?
We've considered it, but the added cost to do so could be too high. As for noise cancellation, no, the X-Com system does not have noise cancellation. Currently, only the Sena Momentum INC Helmet has intelligent noise control. For other communicators, the microphones do have noise processing but not the speakers. -DrewZilla

Hi! Does it work while charging (from an external battery, for example)?
Yes, you can use it while charging from an external battery. If you see at 2:40, you would untuck the charging port, plug in, and keep on going. -DrewZilla
Does it have auto reconnect if you get to far out of range then get back in range? I hear the speakers are really quiet, is there anyway to fix that? maybe swapping speakers from a higher end model or using it only while its plugged in for more power or??
Yes, the unit will try to reconnect every few seconds until you are back in range. As far as the speakers go, placement is key. Some riders report that shifting the speakers a few millimeters forward and back can make all the difference in how loud they are. I have known a few crafty DIY types to wire in upgraded speakers but that would be at your own discretion for sure. -TeamZilla Chris

No, this is not designed for the XG100. It only fits the XD1 and XT1 Helmets. For the XG100, I recommend the Sena 10R and 3S. -DrewZilla

Yes, the 3S works with all other Sena headsets, but it is ONLY intended for rider-to-passenger communication over a very short distance. For bike-to-bike communication, you'd want the 10R/10S/20S. -DrewZilla

ive heard with the senas had range problems with there 10s. is that the case with this model? or was the problem resolved? some people were saying the Bluetooth communication wouldn't work if the other rider wasn't on the same side as the sena..

Hey Guys, is that system able to pair with other Sena 20s or 30k users?
It's based on the Sena 10 series, so it can easily pair with a Sena 20S. However, it can only pair with a 30K if the 30K is in Bluetooth mode, not mesh mode. -DrewZilla
