- Dragon's Dogma 2 is the best game ever created for all the RPG fans out there. This could be a game changer for all the expectations being set for how any future Open-World RPG games must look and play like after viewing the latest Dragons Dogma 2 gameplay which currently runs at an uncapped frame rate which is focusing to deliver a minimum of 30fps on consoles. But Dragons Dogma 2 reviews have been as expected from players who have got their hands on early and have previewed the game and shared their feedbacks and so far dragons dogma 2 review isn't out yet officially. Dragons dogma 2 is $70 not $60 but i paid $80 for the digital deluxe edition.
i paid £59 for the deluxe version, if u shop around u can get it cheaper than rrp (Meant £49 not £59, deluxe version)

I really like the idea of the pawns, having a teamwork aspect to the game is really fun in my opinion. Reminds me of my beloved Mimic Tear.

On consoles, the game will release on Friday, March 22, 2024, at midnight local time, this means you will have to wait until the clock strikes midnight in your time zone to start playing the game. so will be 1AM 22nd your time im sure?@@MarcelSt

They already said the story is not a continuation....do I dont know where you got that info.
i preorderd it the second it was on the store. 30fps is a bit of a bummer but DD1 played fine and is a favorite of mine. cant wait to play.
PC Deluxe preorder, will be playing it on my new Xidax pc which arrives Thursday.
My Arisen will start as an Archer while my Main Pawn will start as a Fighter.

The difficulty is dynamic based on how you play.

It's not a continuation of the first as it is set in a different "universe"than the first game. Same lore and the store will more or less play out in that same fashion. Furthermore if you don't play the first game you will be able to jump into the second.

I have a question, on console its 30 fps ?? What about in PC ? And even in console is it a constant 30 fps or there are frame drops during combat ?
I have already preorderd ROTR, but before buying DD2 I want more clarity on fps. I don't mind 30 fps until its constant, but if there are frame drops I will pass !
from what i've heard from people who have it earlier than anticipated (there was a huuuge foopah in walmart around the states that let people buy it like. 2 weeks early) and without the day 1 patch it was pretty stable at 30 fps, but the larger cities made it stutter a bit. nothing game breaking though, and im fairly certain that capcom made it with console players in mind before pc so. we'll see if its optimized or a complete mess. xD

Seeing the gameplay slowed down really points out how good the combat is. Seems more like a fighting game with magic.

Dragons Dogma 2 will take place in a parallel version of the 1st. You will not need to play the first to continue the story of the 1st. But DO play it to get a feel of the systems and a general idea if the 2nd will be for you.
I like dragon's dogma, but I don't like riding hype trains. High expectations will lead to disappointment.

anyone who grew up playing single player games will love this game, but the younger generations who have grown up in the multiplayer era probably wont enjoy it. its is a very challenging game if its anything like the first so not a lot of people have the patience or reaction time to play

I startet 2 weeks ago DD and I’m impressed how good it is and how much fun I have … for me the Witcher 3 is the only game I played I would gave a 10/10. If DD2 holds up and have some good characters on top could be a contender in my opinion. I preordered the deluxe edition and can’t wait to play it.

@@Blakwoodz no i played it and enjoyed it but the witcher lore has the upper hands above any rpg games specially when it comes to world exploration missions and side quests daaam man it was epic so the witcher was put a hard measure of an open world rpg games that difficult to scratch till we see the new witcher game . Dragon dogma was amazing 😍 of course but when it comes to fantasy rpg games the witcher has the upper hands

If you never played the first one it makes sense that you might think it’s like monster hunter. Trust me, it’s nothing like that.

This channel covers everything Open-World RPG. I do cover GOT, RDR2 and many more games, But that don't mean we miss out on one of the best games of all time in open world
