it is soft as we are using organic cocoa butter. you can refrigerate to make it hard
My honey is always separated from cocoa butter, why does it happen?
I would also like to know. The honey settles on the bottom and the top has no sweetness to it at all.
That does not work . It melts if not always in fridge

@@Alierou no the consistency isn’t watery but chocolate and the fat at room temperature turns into liquid
@@prickleswithpineapples2362you have to temper it in order for it to be the hard type like store bought
You didnt mention tempering at all
I avoid anything that has corn syrup in it.
