Mam same thing i did should i hv to wait for some time after liquifying butter bcoz today i made but after switching off immediately added cocoa powder n it thickened soon n taste like burnt out....should i suppose to wait or can i used double boiling method....n can u tell amount of honey to use alternative to stevia
I got all excited and bought the molds. Having problems. The fat separates and rises to the top in the refrigerator. Am I doing something wrong? I wish you would answer questions. Seems like you don’t. Hoping you will answer mine.
Please follow the correct measurements, if cocoa powder quantity is less cocoa butter may get seperated after refrigerating and we have mix well before pouring into moulds (you can also blend in mixer jar for 1-2 mins on low speed for combining well)😊

@@WowDelicious hi, I tried it again. I must have measured improperly, because I didn’t have the separation problem this time! It’s possible but I reverse the two measurements. I am finding that sugar-free dark chocolate is quite chalky, no matter which recipe I use. I’m guessing that sugar normally gives some texture benefit in regular chocolate. I might experiment with a little bit of sugar and see what happens. Of course, I will count the carbs Thank you very much for your help and recipe

Use cocoa butter. It's edible and it's made from the cocoa plant which is what makes chocolate. It's pretty firm
