The way Abed just very casually says "You raped the Ducayne family" when they are all telling Pierce how he was a villain the past year, absolutely kills me.
"You think you're good looking. But you're not. You're average. You're just an average guy with a big chin" Jeff's narcissism and Community's ability to dramatize the dumbest things: both unparalleled lol
@@JITCompilation What's even funnier is that they revealed that many of the scripts just had "and then Donald says something funny" and he fucking delievers
Almost certainly talking about the paintball shotguns, but the timing made me laugh too. I was expecting Eric’s jaw to drop again. The Glee episode is going to be so funny with Eric.
@@RampantFirefly Haha yeah i know. He is def talking about the shotguns but the timing of it was hilarious. The Glee episode will give some proper cringe.
In case you missed it, the study group was "out of order" at the table only in one sense: Pierce and Jeff were swapped. Otherwise, they were in the same order they always are in. Pierce thinks that the chair Jeff sits in is special and that's why he's so popular with the group. So he took Jeff's seat and made Jeff sit in the "bad" seat so Jeff would be in the unpopular one in the group.
This is my favorite episode of the series. I love the western motif and aesthetic. I love that everything Pierce has done this season comes back here. His actions in the D&D episode, the hospital, and the Drug PSA (Abed: “You raped the Duquesne Family”). My favorite little detail is the dinner scene where everyone is in their normal spots in the study room except Pierce and Jeff are switched.
Fun fact, the head cheerleader that Annie takes out is Julianna Guill, one of Alison Brie's best friends and also the reason she met Dave Franco. That is to say, I hate her
It helps that The Good, the Bad and the Ugly is my favorite film of all time, because this episode is such a great tribute to westerns, the Spaghetti Western trilogy specifically. Moments like the credits, the character intros, the flashbacks, the final duel and Chang being obliterated by the paintball machine gun are just a few of the references to those movies.
Paint ball is basically the show's Halloween Heist. Each one always has this double theme in it, paint ball theme wise and character wise. I think since Chang was big player in the last one, they had to take him out early this time as a way of changing up the formula
@@TyrisalthanHe was kinda shit last time, he looked cool but all he did was miss Jeff and Britta with his big gun and then take out Britta through a fluke

A masterpiece. Also the episode that cemented my celeb crush on Alison Brie that's pretty much still going on (she was so good on The Tonight Show last night!)
As much as I loved this reaction to Josh Holloway (Sawyer from Lost) nothing with top The Normies reaction to it. Suraj damn near broke the mics from screaming so loud🤣🤣🤣. That being said it was this and the next episode that actually drew the attention of Marvel Studios president and mastermind Kevin Feige and convinced him to hire the Russo Bros to direct Captain America: The Winter Soldier. After they succeeded in making that masterpiece of a comic book movie they went on to direct Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, AND Avengers: Endgame. The Russo’s even put cast members of Community in bit parts in those movies.
She was 'rumored' to be in the running for Sharon Carter but I don't know how close that actually was. Though given how little Emily Van Camp was given to do it was probably for the best. There was that great photoshop art of her as a female Captain America with a midriff outfit...
Last year, I first started LOST, and I fell in love with the character of Sawyer...what a show, what an actor... Because of its unpredictability and use of the mega villain trope, the last scene where they kill Chang with a gatling gun is my favorite scene of all time.
