    What kind of yoga do you call this? I know there are different types of yoga. It looks a little like pilates because of the repetitive motion where it's not a pause. I like this kind of exercise.

      It's yoga, but with more of a focus on strength and joint stability.

    what about the fingers?do you have exercises for overused fingers like mine,i need relief for the pain at the end of the day.great workout.:)
